My service rep Ryan Lange was professional, sent a video of things to keep an eye in future: some minor leaks, suspension. Never pushed to fix it all but nice heads up. Answered my service questions in detail and helped me find a good upholstery guy.

2024 BMW X5 purchase
I recently purchased a 2024 BMW X5 from BMW of Tucson, my sales person was Jay Owen's and was very impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle and his availability. This is my first purchase at this dealership but have had 2 previous BMW's severiced at this location and everyone has been professional and courteous on all dealings. I would highly recommend Jay to anyone thinking about purchasing a BMW.

Katelyn at BMW Tucson Service is outstanding!
Katelyn is truly outstanding at BMW Tucson service department. I was having trouble scheduling on-line and so I texted her my preferred date, time and reason for visit and she responded immediately, made the appointment for me and reserved my loaner car. Check in, picking up the loaner and her communication (along with the inspection video that the service department provided) was easy, efficient and very thorough. Katelyn kept me up to date on any issues that arose, service options and recommendations, estimates and time line for the work that was needed on my vehicle. Having your car worked on can be difficult and expensive, but Katelyn and BMW Tucson Service make it quite painless! Thank you again for taking such good care of my vehicle (and me!).

This location is prejudiced against black and Latinos and has a reputation for being so. I would advise you to take your business elsewhere if you are a minority and reading this. I am speaking from experience. The General Manager's name is Gordon and he was quite blatant about it in my interactions with him.

Purchased a used car from this dealership and had a poor
Purchased a used car from this dealership and had a poor experience. Not likely to use them again. Title and registration paperwork was done wrong, causing an extra trip and fees at the MVD. Car only had one key, so salesperson offered to sell us a new 2nd key for $275. When we picked it up, we were handed a reprogrammed "used" key with cosmetic damage. The dealership used the wrong weight oil when prepping the car for resale after it was traded in. I noticed it on the service write-up and had to prove to them that it was wrong per the manufacture's specifications. Interestingly, improper fluids is listed on their limited warranty as criteria for denial of the warranty. Ultimately, they fixed the issue by changing the oil for free. However, they lost the splash guard during the service and then told me it was never there to begin with. Not true! I verified it was there when I purchased the car.
