oil change

I just came in for an oil change. The wait was less than an hour. They found oil filters and cabin filters that needed changing.

2018 Prius Touring

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Courteous, timely and efficient in providing great customer service to a repeat customer since 2010. Pleasant staff overall provided a great buying experience.

Honesty and Trusted Work

We were told that one of our axles was likely to blame for the vibration/shaking we were feeling at higher speeds. When the mechanic investigated the CV boot on the passenger side, they found that the issue likely stemmed from not adding enough grease to the boot when it was replaced in April. As a result, Toyota took responsibility for all of the subsequent service that our vehicle required -- at no cost to us other than time. We greatly appreciate the honesty, work, and time that all employees took to make sure we were satisfied and back to traveling safely on the roads!

Routine service and cargo box mounting problem

They did a fine job on routine service and a good job of bolting down the cargo box, which had become loose. When asked, Josh informed that the loose bolts were not a regular problem, and offered several possible causes.

Tire rotation

It took a reasonable amount of time to do the rotation. Also, included a checklist of the car's operating components. The car wash was appreciated.
