we came in to check out the 2018 car and Jihan helped us she was very helpful with showing us the different cars in the lot she answered all our questions that we had. We got to test drive them and showed us different things on the car that are new to us. If i were to buy again i would ask for her again. We did end up buying one and she helped set everything up what a great car sales LADY. She said if we had other questions about our new car just call her and she would help us if we couldn't figure out what the different ops on the car are.

came in for oil change on my 2015 rav4 and came out with new 2018 rav4 and my 2015 rav4. Johan was very helpful showing us different cars she answered every question we had. took us around to different car showed us what was in them and what you get. She even encouraged us take a drive in anyone we wanted to try out. She was patient with us. She was great what more can i say.

I brought my car into Carlson because I thought that I needed only air in my spare tire. Carlson discovered that one of my front tires was at 13 psi. They investigated further and found out that the low tire pressure was due to a leaky tire valve. They fixed the valve and and didn't charge me anything!

We purchased a 2018 Rav4 through Carlson, and were very happy with the excellent customer service we received. Everyone we worked with in the buying process was very knowledgeable and great to work with. From the moment we walked into the dealership, everyone we came into contact with made us feel like we were their most valued customers. Our sales associate, Wendell Harren, was very knowledgeable and very patient with all of our questions. Wendell even stayed after hours explaining and going through all the new features. We appreciate the time and expertise everyone at Carlson showed us. It made the car buying experience a pleasant one.

The Tacoma we wanted was not on the lot, so one was found and bought over for our approval. We loved it,expecially the color. We were kept up to date on it's arrival. The purchase and loan process was very quick. Before we drove it off the lat we had a great lesson on how everything works. Dan was a great salesperson. Thanks!
