Awesome Experience!

This is the third car we bought from Carlson this year. We love Toyota and Jihan Moore has been the best to work with! When we are in the market for another car we will definitely be back!

Great Service

Always great customer care and service. I was a drop-in and everyone was very attentive and I was almost immediate;y checked in and the work was done in a very timely manner. We received a prompt call telling us what was done with recommendations on what more needed to be done.

Good experience

Went in for 10,000 mile service, smooth as silk. Work was done in a fair amount of time and free cookies too! Love my Toyota, dealership under new positive management and it shows.

The service was completed to my satisfaction.

My Rav4 is running Beautifully, haven't seen or heard of any unforeseen problem with the Rav. But if I do, you can bet that I will be bring it back in.

Recalls Fixed

We had two Prius recalls. They were both fixed in an hour and one half with the normal professionalism we have come to expect from Carlson.

Had a low tire checked

The service was right on. I had a tire looked at. The technician said it would take about an hour to inspect and repair. It did. Everyone was curteous and helpful.

Awesome personnel, courteous and quick.

Have two Toyota's bought at Carlson Toyota. All service and any other issues are dealt with by them. Service is always quick and easy. They get us in when we want to be there, always have time for our vehicals. Staff is very friendly, courteous and willing to help and take the time to answer any questions we might have. We have never had a reason to say a bad word about the service or the dealership.

A great car buying experience

We bought a 2016 Prius from Preston on Friday, October 2018, to replace our 2008 Prius which we bought new from Carlson and had serviced by Carlson. Preston was excellent to work with. He kept us informed throughout the process and took great care to make sure we would be satisfied with the new car. It was a totally pleasant experience, actually fun. We love the car and are learning its technology.
