I recently bought a 2012 Ram at Capital CJD and Ken Lorbacher was my sales guy for the 2nd time. The service was Amazing. They are no pressure and it was the easiest and most enjoyable time I have had buying a truck. I HIGHLY recommend anyone in the market to go there FIRST and ask for Ken!

I would not recommend the service department at this dealer to my worse enemy. My car has been there many times since Feb. 2012 for the same issue and here we are Sept and they still can not fix it. Every time I get it back with in a day the check engine light is back on for the same code. It has been a huge hassle having to keep taking the car back. I specifically bought the car because I travel with my dogs and had to cancel a few trips to compete with them due to the fact that my car was sitting at the dealer and I could not drive it.

Any time you purchase a new vehicle, you want it to be a great experience! I got that with CCJD in Garner, NC! I worked with a wonderful sales associate, David Brockington! He was very helpful in every way!! I came to Capital Chrysler Jeep Dodge with a particular model and color in mind and he did what it took to get it for me!! I was met with a very friendly hello from Daniel Goodnight, who listened to what type of car I wanted see for my wife to come and checkout for her use. She stayed home and let me do the leg work on a very hot Raleigh summer day. Daniel did not show me anything that did not meet all of the features that were listed as a must. NO HIGH PRESSURE. I looked and said I would be back. The next day my wife came with me to see Daniel, who remembered me and my name, and took the time to show us the cars that really fit her requirements. She test drove the couple that she liked and then decided that she wanted the 2011 Chrysler 200. We had a very pleasant time dealing with Daniel and did not recieve any strong arm tactics from a Manager and anyone else in the showroom. I had a great time joking with him and some of the other sales staff there. I have to say one of my LEAST FAVORITE THINGS to do is going car shopping....this was the most pleasant experience I have ever had. The whole dealership was low key, wanting to please with as simple and rapid transaction as possible.
