Great Dealership

Everything went great, I went in just looking and came out with a car and feeling great. Harry Dew, III was my Sales and Leasing Consultant. He treated me fair and got me in the car I wanted without all the hassle.

Awesome experience!

Awesome experience! We met Shayn Foucault last week and weren't sure what kind if truck we were looking for. Shayn listened to what we wanted and showed us a ram big horn quad cab. They didn't have the exact one I wanted and I had to do some research so he introduced me to his sale manager mike and he told me he could get the truck I wanted when I was ready. I came back Saturday and Shayn got to work on finding us our truck and we got a deal. I recommend capital and especially Shayn Foucault, thanks Shayn for your help and courtesy.

First time buying a car that I felt at ease!

When I had arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Daniel Goodnight promptly. He had asked how everything was going and I explained my situation with current car having engine problems. He showed me the Dodge Darts, which are fantastic cars. While he was waiting for more information from the banks he actually took time to teach me how to drive a standard transmission, which is amazing. I was blown away with him doing this for me. Due to my credit situation we werent able to make a deal on the Dart, but they did have something used on the lot that was about the same and worked hard on getting the pricing down for me. He didnt really make any money from the deal. But I will be dealing with him in the future as he is a great salesman and a great guy.

Professional, knowledgable and honest.

I was in the preliminary stages of looking for a vehicle when a Capital salesperson, Todd Mckendrick, asked me what they all ask, "What are you looking for?" I then gave him my parameters and thought he would take me to the used vehicles. He did not have a lightly used vehicle that would fit my requirements so he wanted to "go to work" for me and get me into a new vehicle. I was skeptical but, to my surprise, he was able to do just that and beat the price of the competition's used (15,000 mi.) comparable vehicle. Todd was knowledgable and professional and did not go through a lot of silly games. He simply asked me what I was looking for and what I wanted to spend and then found it for me. I whole heartedly recommend Capital and Todd Mchendrick.

New Jeep Purchase

I went to Capital to after seeing on their website a jeep I was interested in. I was happy to see it was still on the lot and we looked at another one that we were interested in too. Clay Abell came out and spoke with us in detail about them both and then went to get the keys for them so we could see which we would be most interested in. Making a longer story shorter, Clay was extremely helpful, allowed us the time to talk about the differences and we drove off the lot with my new Jeep Wrangler. We received a fair trade in amount for the vehicle we were trading and the whole process was a lot less stressful than I have had in buying a vehicle before. I really appreciated that part!!! I had been to the Raleigh Jeep dealer and the sales person there tried to put me in a vehicle that was totally different than what I had clearly told them I was there for and tried to pressure the sale. I am so pleased we waited and went to Garner and found the one we wanted and was not pressured by the sales person. Clay was great to work with! We had a great experience with the dealership, and especially Clay. I would highly recommend the dealership to anyone!

Awesome Place to purchase a vehicle ;)

John Nichols was an awesome sales consultant !! Me and my husband were pleased with the whole experience and with the whole process all the way to the finance department to the people who work with the maintenence dept. They helped me pick out a great car and i am enjoying it. They made what usually would have been a pull your hair out stressful situation into a relaxed informative honest experience. Thanks Again!!

Great Experience

Early this week I purchased a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee (Limited, 5.7L) at Capital CJD. The Salesperson, Harry Dew, was very helpful and responsive during the buying process. He was excellent at explaining things to customers like me and made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. More importantly, the selling price was the most competitive among the quotes that I collected from all surrounding Jeep dealers. Highly recommend to all potential buyers! Awesome

Back in 2008 I purchase a Dodge Charger RT from the Capital CJD Team in Garner and the customer service was outstanding. Most reasonly, I upgraded to a 2012 SRT8 Dodge Charger, and the service haven't changed a bit, the team is simply AWESOME. Anthony Turnage (Sales Rep), worked with me thru the process like the professional that he is. You can't go wrong with the CJD Team in Garner.

Great Experience

I had an appointment yesterday with Ken Lorbacher to test drive a vehicle that I was interested in. My wife and I have been shopping for the past couple of months and were planning on making a purchase within the next 4 weeks. Everybody in this business met me with a smile and a handshake. Ken went out of his way to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted in a vehicle. He made every effort to make sure I was completely satisfied with the entire experience. I walked in for the first time, and within a couple of hours, was on my way home with a new 2013 Dodge Durango. From Ken, to Mike (sales manager), to Curtis (Financing) the entire transaction was seamless and pain free. They even delivered the vehicle back to my house in Greenville, and were more than happy to add that service with a smile. I look forward to many more years of business with these folks.
