Had a great experience buying our new/used 2012 Dodge Grande Caravan from Capital Chrysler Jeep Dodge! Anthony Turnage was awesome and took care of everything fast and efficiently! The whole buying process was a breeze from start to finish and we absolutely love the new family ride :)We drove all the way from Holly Springs simply because they had the best deals out of all the Dodge dealers in the area!

Our salesman, James Johnson, was very courteous to us throughout the duration of the car buying experience. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful to a degree that is rarely encountered among car salesmen. The manager was also very helpful, allowing us leave with the vehicle that we wanted at a price we could afford. Unlike most car dealerships, Capital didn try to take advantage of us or lure us into something that we didn want. The experience that we had will definitely bring us back for our next car. We saw an ad on our local news for "hail sail" after a recent storm. Contacted dealership via email about several cars and started communicating with Harry Dews. We had a specific request for a specific car and as soon as this car was availabe, Harry notified us. yesterday the temps were up around 100 degrees when we decided to head over to look at new Jeeps at this dealership-Mr. Stacy Kinny(sales rep.) met us outside and was pleasnat and patient as we wondered from row to row-peeking at our many choiches! I test drove two cars-A Patriot and a Liberty Limited-and decided my next new Jeep would be this Liberty Latitude! Mr.Kinny has us go inside and we went over the types and upgrades that I would want and which came with which car-I wanted only White-and a few certain items-he came back with the perfect car-right there on the lot! Their wide selection helped in this! ha Mr. Kinny-was the ideal sales person for us-and 3 hours later we were driving our new Jeep home! (with the A/C ON!) haha

Had a great experince yesterday trading in a 3 year old Jeep Compass for a 2012 model. Anthony Turnage was my sales consultant and did a great job explaining the program and putting me in a brand new vehicle. I actually went in to purchase 2 new tires for my other jeep and left with a new Jeep. This might have been the easiest car buying experience I've ever had.

I have bought several cars at my age and usually the process is difficult,but after shopping for several days with no good results Capital CJD was my last stop,it should have been my first.I had talked to Clay Abel for about a year or so,I was originally sold a caliber nice car but a little to small foe me so I contacted Clay that night and the next morning about a Avenger,he stayed on his day off after training to put me in the car I wanted,i was unsure of the reaction i was gonna get on that request which is why I would recommend this dealership

I am absolutely in love with my brand new Dodge Avenger bought from Capital CJD. I was having some car trouble and was looking around to find a place that accepted trade-ins in my area. Nick Nichols answered the phone when I called, when I arrived he was very positive and just as excited as I was about getting what I thought would just be a new to me car. I was originally looking to get into another used car but Nick suggested I look at the new ones. I deliver pizza for a living and getting into another used car would just be another car I would have to pour money into in the next year or two. He told me with a new car, if properly cared for, would last me a long long time. So I looked around, found a few that I liked. After talking to the bank found out I was only able to get into the Dodge Avenger. So that is the one I test drove, and fell in love instantly. Nick took his time and spent all day with me. I have had my car for 1 week and 2 days and I still have the hugest smile on my face every time I see it.
