Worked with Ken Lorbacher and Mike Reeves. Both went out of their way to make us an excellent deal. We were pretty adamant about sticking to a budget and price without sacrificing the vehicle that we wanted and they were able to meet our requests! Very friendly and this was our second purchase from Capital CJD.

I bought a new car here in 2008 and last month went to see about possibly trading the car in. They would not give me a trade value unless I was interested in a specific car/truck for purchase. The used car selection was poor for such a large dealership. They did have some good deals going for new cars and trucks.

My mom, daughter and myself went to Capital CJD to see the specials they were running on Dodge Rams. Not really needing a new vehicle, but decided to go anyway. Ken Lorbacher was the person showing us around. We found a truck that we really liked and said lets see if we can make a deal. The process was very quick and painless, and we drove home in a new truck, with a full tank of gas. Ken was so nice and helpful, a top notch salesperson. It took ten mins for the parts guy to talk to me while he was taking on the phone and then i ask for my pick up and also to add another item, but he sent the order without the new part. then it took ten more mins to get the other part while he was on the phone. I was the only person at the window.

I had a very good experience at this dealership. I was looking for a used Volvo and they had just what I was looking for. Calvin Leech was the salesman that waited on me and he was very attentive to my concerns. I informed them I would purchase the vehicle if they took care of an issue that I wanted fixed. This dealership not only responded to my wishes but since it was a Volvo they had me take it to a Volvo dealer to make sure my car would get the very best checkout it could get.
