This was a pleasant experience and they were on time with my appointment. A little busy at check in but it was early morning and check in was quick.

Needed tire rotation and balance as well as oil change. Quick good service. I left saying” Thanks Barry”😎🎻 Service is always good but I ask for 5000 miles on oil change sticker and again they shorted me 997 mile from having 5000 between oil changes. Would like sticker to have 5000 from current oil change.😎🎻

Visited dealership on 10/08/18 and spent 1 1/2 hours in the dealership to purchase a work truck. During this time, we negotiated price, money down, insurance, loan options, etc. During this time, we agreed to a price and discussed loan options so the vehicle would go in the company name. All was well when I left. Received a call from the loan officer at 10am who said he had good news. I returned his call at 10:15am and we went over options. We decided on the option that was best and the amount of down payment. Spoke with sales rep I had been dealing with. We talked about 2 options (1) they could bring me paperwork (done this many times at Johnson Lexus) now and we could sign or (2) I could come after my meeting. My meeting was done and on my way to dealership the manager calls me and says they sold it to someone else. My main issue is they pulled my credit and offered me terms to a loan. The hard pull will affect my credit. This is a deceiving practice and quite frankly damaging.

Oil change not done by another business. That owner confronted all money, oil and filter returned. Took my truck to capital jeep they did a great job. Thanks capital jeep dodge.

My husband and I travled two hours to go to Capital. We had a two year old so getting in and out as fast as possible was important. They did just that! We were able to get a great deal compared to the several other dealerships we looked at from Jacksonville to Raleigh. There was even a gentleman that gave my son books to look at and looked at them with him. They even had a nice playroom for my son while my husband got to enjoy the football game on the television during the wait.

Awesome experience with Capital CJD. They made what we wanted to happen and then more. They take the time and actually want your business unlike other car dealerships that I have experienced in the past. Would recommend to anyone trying, wanting, or even thinking of buying a car.

Service was excellent. The work was completed in a timely manner. Service department representatives were courteous and pleasant. Will visit this service department again when I need service on my 2016 Dodge Journey.
