Excellent sales staff. Very friendly, helpful and courteous. Comfortable dealership and good selection of cars. Staff made sure I was comfortable while waiting. Would purchase again from the dealership.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. You’ve been warned! Capital Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Garner, NC has been AWFUL to deal with. I normally don’t post any reviews but if I can help out someone else and maybe save them som heartache, I will try. Capital CJD really needs to streamline their communication. It has been a terrible experience with them. I have been ignored regarding an issue or if I am fortunate enough to reach them and not get pushed to an ignored vm box, they were rude. They treated me as though it was my fault they forgot to get paperwork signed. It is my honest opinion they don’t treat their customers with fairness and respect. I have never felt treated so two faced. I have tried countless times now to communicate to them. I am either completely ignored or blown off. It has been over three monts now and my issue still is not resolved (with no immensely resolution in sight). I purchased a vehicle from Capital Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Garner, NC and within days of my purchase I had an issue. I thought it would be simple to resolve, but no. I have called, left voicemails, emailed them numerous times but to no avail. It has now been over 90 days since I purchased my vehicle and I am still waiting on resolution. The blatant neglect and the rudeness of their communications with me (some of which trying to place blame on me) is NOT good business practice. I would never purchase a vehicle from this dealershipe and I certainly would net recommend this dealership to anyone else. I just want to be treated with fairness and respect. Once they got their signature from me finalizing the purchase of my vehicle they have treated me differently. Not good business. If I could give Capital CJD and Mario Mejia zero stars, I would. Capital CJD and Mario Mejia has been awful to deal with.

The people who work in the service bay area are friendly. The service advisor was very helpful, checked the time I had brought my Ram 1500 in and advised me on what my what my Ram needed. She looked up to see if there was any recalls and set up a time to get it done. She also explained what the recall was. They are a great bunch of people that work there. Very knowledgeable. I am glad I bought my Ram there and take it back for any services.

Went in to look at leftover 2017 4x4. Gave them my price range and payment limits and they were able to fit me with a 2019! Reasonable and honest and worked hard to meet my specifications.

The team @CCJD never disappoint! Excellent service, best prices, always willing to help any way they can, kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. This visit I stopped by after work for an Oil Change. Cody was super helpful, took care of my concerns right away. Cost & Quality of service can’t be beat!!

I was referred to this dealer from a friend that said they were great to work with. I was very impressed with the service department. They all were very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a few recalls that said supposedly Would take a day to fix. I was expecting 2 days minimum because of my prior dealers experience but my truck was ready in 24 hours just like they said. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable always makes for a great experience. I will be using them from now on.

Arrived at the dealership about 15 minutes before opening and was the fourth customer in line but I was out in less than an hour.

Facility was clean and comfortable. Very Good selection of vehicles. Also Very knowledgeable and helpful staff… and very patient and willing to work with us and our circumstances.

Everyone is great at capital CJD. They provide excellent service, concern, care, attention right from the entry to your satisfactory exit. In my buying experience I dealt with Mr. Stacy Kinney as my primary sales consultant(Marissa Alford and Meredith thru email) and his manager AC( who told me to send my friends but not to tell them how little I paid, LOL) and finance manager Mario Mejia. They know what they are doing to their customer and it certainly makes you to go there again for your next car or refer your family and friends to the above team. No pressure from them when taking your own time to satisfy your car needs. Similarly they took time to explain everything. Mario sold us extended warranty and convinced us it’s value & worth along with providing a nice loan with affordable apr. He treated us like family. Infact everyone made you feel that way. It’s simply a pleasant experience. It’s the way every car buying should be. By the way, We got a fair deal for our trade in too. I can write a long story but it’s suffice to conclude that capital CJD should be your primary destination and you should check their website/ call them/ visit them before you go to anywhere else, even if it’s a little farther away from your home.
