Above and beyond for our bad situation

I can't say enough good things about the people here! We were in a bad spot with a lemon truck. We had sunk over $9k in repairs and it needed at least $1.5k in more repairs. While not being worth the $8k we owed...We were upside down and had fair credit. They took the time to help us get into a used vehicle we could afford even with the negative equity we had to roll over. We left out of there feeling like a weight had been lifted off! I have a VERY dependable van now and the payments are well within our budget! Even with our poor circumstances, they treated us with respect and actual concern. What they did for us was above and beyond what I ever thought possible in our situation. They sincerely care about their customers! From the bottom of my heart THANK YOU Capital Chrysler Jeep Dogde!

Best car buying experience ever!

My salesman, Mr. Herring treated me friendly, non-pushy. As a woman going into a dealership, I've often felt taken advantage of. Not here! He patiently answered all my questions, without any rush. My new dealership for sure. I would encourage anyone to ask for Devin Herring!

Service visit

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Completed oil change work quickly. Helped with scheduling follow up visit for recall work and providing a quote for brakes.

Recalls

Had 4 Recalls fixed.the service paper said the break fluid needs immediate attention? I checked and the fluid was a quarter inch below max and 2 inches above minimum? I guess they mean it needs flushed? Every thing else checked out. I already knew it needed tires so. Over all guess it gets 4 stars.

Outstanding service

Always have outstanding service at Capital Chrysler in Garner! The service representative was very friendly and explained everything that was needed for our car to complete the service.

Service department

Today was my first visit to this dealership, just moved here. Chose this dealership because of it's online ratings. Joe Tomberlin, my service advisor, took great care of me, explaining NC inspection, etc. He even replaced a valve cap that was missing from a tire! Also had the 30,000 mile service for my Jeep. Wonderful service, everybody is so friendly. I would def recommend and will be back.

Speedy service

I brought my 2014 Chrysler Town & Country into Service for an oil leak in the engine. The service department was busy but the wait was relatively quick. I needed a part replaced so I was prepared for a long wait. But I was in and out sooner than promised and with children in tow, I could not be happier that it didnt take a whole day to get the job done. I also appreciate the separate play space for children to wait.

Start forward

Told them what I was looking for they gave me out the door price did not have to ask for that and when I went to buy it it was still that price Kim was the sales lady I would ask for her she did a awesome job
