Tire pressure very low in a tire even after they had been told, car had a service light come on less than 24 hrs after I picked up the car. Cannot get an appt for three weeks. Asked to speak with a manager, never saw one. Worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle!!!!

Used the express lane Saturday for my first Oil change. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. Service was quick. Waiting area clean and comfortable. Joe was especially nice and informative!

It was my favorite dealer, but the new owner (Capital) change the entire team, and the new people have new rules which aren't so good for the clients.

Minimal wait. Very friendly Service Advisor & Technician. My Truck was even washed for FREE after the Service, which I was not aware but a very nice surprise. I will most definitely drive past the 2 other Ram Dealers that are closer for Service in the future.
