Service Dept
I had my Jeep Wrangler serviced here and had Joe as my service guy. He as very professional and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable with the information I was given and suggestions that were made. I left there feeling confident and happy knowing that I got my money’s worth. Thank you Joe for taking such great care of me and my Jeep! I will be back for any future needs and and would definitely recommend you to family and friendS!

Wasted my time! Recall repair & other repairs not completed
I scheduled an appointment for a Thursday morning. At the end of business I got a call saying my car was not serviced it was a busy day. So I opted to leave the car over night and get the repairs done the following day. Well that was a waste of time. No one could tell me through out the day what was happening with my vehicle. I went to pick it up at 5pm and no work had been done. I am not a happy customer. Don't book appointments if you done have the staff or ability to get the job done!

Service department is a waste of time
I have been a customer here for over a year for basic oil changes, and each time I really thought my experience couldn't get worse, but this place continues to prove me wrong. During my most recent experience I made an appointment since I wanted to have some things inspected as opposed to sitting in the express lane, and yet I still waited for over 2 hours with nothing having been accomplished. After 1.5 hrs they could not even find my vehicle, let alone provide me any kind of an update. I'm still not entirely sure they actually changed my oil, instead letting my vehicle sit and not touch it, and I will find a better place to take my vehicle. Afterwards, I was told that I should be giving them 5 star reviews when they send me a survey! Don't waste your time with this place.

Great experience buying my 2014 RAM truck.
This was the best experience I have had in purchasing a vehicle. The transaction went smooth the salesman was knowledgeable and not pushy. Very good experience, this dealership is 5 stars in my opinion. If you go here ask for Guy he will take care of you.

Ask to write a review with out my truck back
The people here are very friendly and somewhat helpful. I schedule asercive visit online. I drop my truck off and was treated nicely. I stopped it off for a oil change, tire rotation, to correct 2 recalls, and to look at a shaking feeling I was having. I took off of work that day knowing it would take all day. I waited until 430 to call since I haven't heard anything all day. ( I think a quick text saying hey your truck still being worked on will contact you later would’ve been nice) but that's just me. Then the service advisor calls me back around 5. She says the shaking is probably from low tread on the tires. She quoted me new tires and said oh they can't be installed untill tomorrow. Ok now I'm a little mad. Tires take an hour in a half. Day two; I texted at noon to check on it. I get this back "should be finished a little later today. will call you when it comes back up to me:)" I said ok thanks then at 430 on day two I get a text asking if I would fill out the survey. Are you kidding me I had to take another day off of work. Never offered a rental for the delay. I have bought a brand new truck and leased a brand new suv. And this is how you get treated. I plan on buying a new Ram next year but I might buy somewhere else. This isn't my 1st negative experience with capital CJD in Garner.its mostly the service department. The sales is great. They need more service bars or more techs to work on vehicles.
