Good prompt service. I wish the customer service representatives would coordinate with the service team instead just booking the service or telling you to drive in for an oil change no appointment needed.

First I would like to say before I exited my car I was greeted with a women welcome and smile from service advisor John Jameyson. He took my information and check me in. I had a scheduled appointment so I was assigned to service advisor Kyle Wilson, my friendly service experience with from great to not so welcoming. I was giving to the price of my service when I made my appointment and from the first advisor but Kyle told me a much higher price which seemed off to me. His communication skills demeanor and tone when speaking while speaking to me is the reason for the score. I tried to report this and switch back to the original person that helped me but I for the voicemail for the manager. Overall the first advisor was welcoming, the assigned advisor bad experience the shuttles service was great. I hope my next experience it great because I drove a hour to come to the specific location because the staff has always been friendly and the service is great an honest and fair, but today I felt took advantage of. I can't really say how the service went because I just took the car in today.

They did a wonderful job helping with my vehicle. Everyone I spoke with were very professional and took time to evaluate issue and explain. Definitely would recommend them.

I would recommend this dealer for service. I have brought 3 of my vehicles here and haven’t had an issue yet. I do t live near by but it’s worth my drive.

Wade our salesman was great. We felt no pressure and he was very detailed. He kept working with us until we agreed on a price. He came back to work on his day off to complete the deal. We also worked with Rodney, who was very friendly and helped us with our financing. Carly in finance was great. My only complaint was we had a apptm at 5 pm and we were waiting almost 2 hours to go over financing with Carly. Although there was another finance person on the floor Carly was the only one working 4 deals.

James was very helpful recommending tires for my car. On the day of instal the ordered tires had not arrived so I was offered a better tire at the lower quoted priced tire. Great service.
