No stress or pushy sales. I traded a car I liked on a new truck I love. Patrick was great to work with and did alot of number crunching to get me in a epic 2019 Ram.

This is the second time my Jeep has been for significant service. The first time in the shop it was there for more than 2 months and the dealership eventually provided me with a rental car. This recent visit the Jeep was again there for more than 2 months. Both trips were covered under an extended warranty in purchased with my new Jeep. When I asked about a rental I was basically told that I would have to figure that out. I realize the dealership has little control over what happens to the vehicle and the length of time it takes to get parts. But it really seems like customer service is becoming more of a thing of the past.

We went to this dealership because we did not have confidence in the first dealer that looked at the vehicle. Capital did a thorough check and gave us specifics. They did not try to sell us unneeded repairs. The whole process was very transparent. The work was completed in a timely manner and the price was appropriate. This is how service should be done

When we arrived we were met right away and were taken care of very quickly. The staff treated us very well and we had a great experience.

Oil change and tire inspection. I have a nail in my tire sidewall which can't be patched so they are ordering a new one. I've had this happen before and they took great care of it.

Had a 8:30 appointment to have my car repaired. Heard nothing all morning about the status. Called them at noon and was told that they have not looked at the car yet. Was told that someone will look at it “after lunch”. Got a call at about 1:30 telling me that they ran the diagnostic and determined the problems and that it would be an “easy fix”. I asked when the car would be ready and they said “this evening”. When asked to explain “this evening” they said before they closed at 6:00. I explained that I needed to pick up my child after work and that I needed it by 4:30. Was promised that it would be ready at 4:30. When I arrived at 4:30 the car was not ready and it wasn’t ready until 5:15. Don’t like making an appointment for no reason and then being lied to about the completion time. Terrible customer service.

Went in to the dealership for an oil change, tire rotation and windshield wipers (front and back). I was immediately helped and waited no more than an hour, even though it was a Saturday and I didn’t have an appointment.

I bought my 2019 Jeep Cherokee from Capital and returned for the first service. Through the whole process from purchase to service has been effortless. Customer service is always too notch.

Nice guys but I thought 2 hours was a long time to wait for the service I needed. The only other thing is I can’t tell if they used synthetic oil as I requested since I can’t tell by the invoice. Just would be nice to know for my records.
