Devin is the primary reason I came back after my first visit a week ago. Johnny was also helpful while we waited patiently to close. Randy got out quickly as well even though very late.

Staff was courteous. Service time took longer than I felt it should have. I noticed scratches and engine grease, both in the same area, on my paint. Technicians need to be more careful when leaning on vehicles to prevent scratching paint.

Marissa was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. We would definitely work with her again and use this dealership for our next purchase.

Definitely would recommend this dealership. They are very personable and friendly. Easy to work with. Johnny was a super sales person. Will be back again if needed.

Very great customer service..waited longer than expected, but associate was courteous, it was raining and associate make sure to pull my car inside so I would not get wet leaving my appointment.

My technician got me in and out in a timely fashion eventhough I was 20 min late. Was very friendly and responsive. Discount programs are great!

Just had a great experience with Kim H at Capital Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Indian Trail NC. She was patient, fun and very knowledgeable. Sales Manager...not so much. He wanted to quibble over $106.56 on a rainy Wednesday night with no customers in sight. Almost left twice. Go see Kim before you go anywhere else for a new Jeep, Dodge or Ram!
