This dealer worked with me to get a fuel pump. At first they told me one was not immediately available but within 2 days found one and I brought it in for replacement and they did the job I’m about 7 hours and called me to pick it up. The charge was les than the estimate I was quoted so I am Eury happy with outcome.

Everytime I try to get service here it's never a good experience so now I feel it's my fault for keep coming to a place of business that show no care for my services I'm trying to get All I ask for is a simple quote starting this morning and I was told some one would give me a call so far nothing

Buying experience was much more positive than expected.
From the time my wife and I were greeted at the door to the closing of the deal, we were made to feel most comfortable through the friendliness and helpfulness of anyone in contact with us. Andy Bell deserves “six stars” (out of five) for dealing with this, I can only imagine, most difficult buyer. He spent hours working through exhaustive details to find the vehicle that met this buyers needs/wants. He was very pleasant, friendly, understanding, and persistent in finding a vehicle with specific features desired by this buyer.

Great Customer Service. Service Advisor John Jameyson did an exceptional job . John thoroughly explained the service plans available and which one most suited my needs. He kept me updated on the status of my vehicle's service and he did an excellent job of getting me ' back on the road' as quickly as possible.

This is a copy/paste of my Yelp review: Dropped my car off with 2 major issues. It wouldn't start and the passenger side door wouldn't lock. When I go to pick up the car, I see that they replaced the battery in my key fob... however the side door STILL didn't lock. They literally failed to try and lock the door during troubleshooting/testing. 4 days later, I go back to pick up the car again. It now has 60 additional miles on it plus an empty gas tank (car display literally says '0 miles until empty'). I'd love to know how the car magically gained miles and lost fuel while needing a lock fixed. Update: Spoke to service manager, this was their excuse: 1) Claims a software update was done to fix the lock on the doors; claimed it was fixed it, but the lock must have magically developed a hardware problem broke again with the exact same problem in the hour it took me to get to the dealership. Ultimately, the physical door locking mechanism needed to be replaced. 2) Claimed the extra 60 miles on the car was not a joy ride, but rather him 'charging the battery' that they claim to have replaced because 'driving a car charges it faster'. Ignored the fact it was a new battery, a car charges a battery just being turned on, or that there exist these things called a battery charger you can directly connect. Nope.. driving around for over an hour was the "smart" move", and they have 'nicer cars to choose from for a joy ride' 3) For returning the car with no gas and nearly stranding my wife, he simply says "if you want $10 for the gas, I'll write you a check' Update 2: The service dept. set the "mileage in" and "mileage out" as the same on their paperwork, I suspect they were hoping we wouldn't notice that they added nearly 60 miles on our vehicle for fixing a lock and replacing a battery. Fortunately, we took a GPS tagged and Timestamped photo of the instrument cluster from the dealership before we left. Yes.. corporate has been notified and a case opened. Best of luck to anyone that drops their car off here... make sure to note your mileage and fuel levels.

Awesome service
Had recall work performed. James Kinney was awesome! Service was quick. Showroom being remodeled but still comfortable. Will definitely be getting my next vehicle from here.
