Good Nice salesman. There was no bs, didn’t give me the runaround. Manager was also very nice. I was in and out of the dealership within a couple hours.

I made all the arrangements drop off my trade and pick up my new vehicle through email, texting, and over the phone communicating with the sales person and the sales manager. They got the truck I requested but forgot to follow up on wheel well liners and I did not want to wait the day I got the truck as I would likely have to come back to get them installed. The experience was OK. I would have like to see the final documents before driving several hours to close the deal. I would have also liked to see the warranty options prior to coming in to sign the papers. I might have opted for some if I had to to research them before hand. Overall it was a good experience and I was able to take advantage of the incentives.

Pulled up the Capital Chrysler Jeep Dealer without an appt. early in the morning with an issue that my defrost was blowing ice cold. My information was taken and handled immediately. I wish I remembered the name of the guy who was great at helping me (he had a long beard). He really was very sweet, got me settled in a loaner quickly. My car had a minor issue, and was able to be repaired quickly. EVERYONE was very nice and helpful, I would definitely recommend this place
