I bought my Jeep from this dealer and expected service to...

I bought my Jeep from this dealer and expected service to be beyond my expectations just like the sales department. I was not impressed when i received the call to tell me that there was $2,000 worth of work that needed to be done. Stephanie, the service advisor, told me the wrong information on the phone about the recommendations for service. When i picked up my vehicle and read the recommendations from the tech, it was completely opposite of what she said the day before. I drove my vehicle to my normally trusted mechanic and was told that everything the dealership told me was a way for them to get money out of me since i am female. He told me my brakes were in great condition when the dealership told me my brakes were in awful condition. I also find it very funny that i was told my brakes were so bad and that there was irregular wear on my tires while the sticker they stick to the windshield has a red-yellow-green rating system and my tires, battery and brakes were all rated green meaning they are in the "best" condition. I was extremely disappointed with the experience i had with Capital CJD and will not be returning.

Another Service Issue

This is a follow up from my previous review which left off when the battery had to be replaced. Around a week later the same electrical symptoms started again. The Jeep lost power, dash lights flashed on and off, and this time the ABS system engaged almost slamming the Jeep to a stop. I again had to have it towed back to the dealership. What we were told this time is that the technician who replaced the battery did not tighten the connections to the positive power terminal to the battery. Our service advisor, April, let us know that the Tech was embarrased by the mistake. April has done her best to make this experience as tolerable as possible. I express sympathy for her since she is the one interacting with customers and not the techs making the mistakes. The Jeep was test driven for 33 miles after the connections were tightened. This has not at all be anywhere in the neighborhood of being a good experience. Our other car will be due for an oil change soon, and I have no confidence about taking it back to this dealership for the oil change.

Great svc.....didn’t take all day to complete the air bags recall. Very professional not like another dealership I’ve dealt with off capital Blvd

The staff were very helpful and the service on my vehicle was completed in a timely manner. The complimentary hot chocolate was much appreciated on this cold rainy day.

Thanks for the quick service and getting me in fast and the friendly service you provide thanks again. this worked out great for me I was able to call in and come in the same day within a few hours my oil was change tires rotated and I was in and out.
