Car Buying in the COVID19 Environment
What a great experience! Kim, Mike and Andy made the entire process go smoothly and effortlessly in our current environment. Everything was handled by phone and all we needed to do was drop in to sign the papers on a sanitized desk with a sanitized pen. Keep up the good work Capital.

Recommend for service only
I recently went to order a new jeep from Capital and the sales person that I worked with was helpful with that part. we figured options, engine, drive train , color etc. He stated that we would get updates as the vehicle was being made and collected e-mail addresses for both myself and my spouse. He stated that the final price negotiation would happen at the time we turned in our vehicle once the new jeep showed up. I gave him a check for 10% of the total price. We waited patiently for a few weeks without any email. After more than 3 weeks I called to check on things as we had never received any email at all and I was told that the new jeep would be in in a few days, that it was in the "Jeep customization shop" My wife was traveling and I anticipated surprising her when she got off the plane. That didn't happen as It was almost a week after the stated date for it to show up. When it did show up, I was at work and my wife went to see the vehicle. It was not customized to what we had ordered, the dealership tried to convince her to take it anyway or a similar one that came in the same shipment. I asked her not to over the phone as I was still at work and they convinced her to take another one (not on the lot, but local) that had more but still not all of the options that we wanted. To do so and be able to have it there the next day she had to sign for it right then... TO shorten the story for everyone. They got her for full price on a jeep that isn't the one that she ordered and paid full price for the warranty. I won't buy there again and I was getting ready to get a new Laramie.

I couldn’t be happier with the way my service appointment was completed at Capitol Chrysler Jeep Dodge today. The recalls will probably resolve the problems with sensors reporting not ready.

I purchased a 2020 Dodge Charger from Capital on 5 March. My salesman, Patrick, was very polite, knowledgeable, and respectful of my desires. He worked with me on getting the best price possible. I could not have had a better experience. I have never been to Capital before that day. I will highly recommend them to my family and friends. Car buying is a challenging experience for most people. I found this purchase to be easy and painless. I look forward to my continuing contact with Capital and my new friend, Patrick.
