Worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle.

Worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. We have had the vehicle for over 30 days still no license plate and finance company has wrong VIN information and hasn't heard from anyone from Walser to correct the issue. I have been told by Walser that it has been taken care of but hasnt. The next step is to reach out to someone for legal help.

Our Finance team contacted your bank two weeks ago to provide the correct information, and we're currently investigating why the VIN issue hasn't been fixed yet. Your registration arrived at the County so you should receive you plates from Iowa soon. We completely understand that mistakes can happen, but we apologize for not being able to get things sorted more quickly. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated, and we're committed to making things right.

I had to go back due to my brakes grinding, after they

I had to go back due to my brakes grinding, after they replaced all the brakes.. The guy who checked me in confirmed my phone number, I said no I’ve never had that phone number. I never got the video of them working on my car. Horrible customer service and we have been going to Nissan for the last 18 years!!!! So disappointing
