Did a nice job on changing my oil, but didn't fixed the issue with my forward collision warning. They said it was taken care of , but when I tested it when I got home it was still not functioning.

I scheduled an appointment via their automated system. When I arrived, I had to give the Service Rep my list of things I needed checked. I was charged $220.40 for items that should have only taken one hour to do. The only action item they did was tighten the oil filter. I was charged $95 for that. The other task was to check the squeaking noise and I was charged $95 for that along with their recommendations. I was also charged $30.40 for Shop Supplies! What supplies? All they did was tighten the oil filter and look at everything else to write up an estimate of those things that needed to be fixed. I feel this was way too much money to pay for the mechanics time. I am seriously considering posting this review online. I do not hold Andrew responsible for the high charges and length of time it took to work on my car. I blame the mechanics that milked the time to make money.

Hi Wendy, I hope you're having a great day! I wanted to update you on the service we performed on your vehicle. We checked out a few things: the engine was sounding louder than usual, there was a leak at the front engine area, and there was a squeaking noise when driving over bumps. We also looked into your request to check the transmission fluid level. We only charged for two of the diagnoses. Our technician tightened the oil filter and cleaned up the area to address the leak from the oil filter. We did notice some other leaks, but don't worry, the time spent on the repair and cleaning was covered under the initial diagnosis charge. For the noise concern, we test drove the vehicle and examined some steering and suspension components, as well as the exhaust and engine for any unusual sounds. We're confident that the charges reflect the time and effort our technician spent on your vehicle. Regarding the shop supplies, it's a standard practice and is based on a percentage of labor capped at $54.99. This fee helps cover essential supplies like rags, degreasers, gloves, and any small items used during the service. The salesperson was very professional and knowledgeable.
The salesperson was very professional and knowledgeable. Friendly and listened. However, the sales manager was a complete opposite. We opted to not take any extended warranties and would not accept “no “ as an answer. He was to the point to where he was wanting us to be guilty and almost berate us for not taking any extended warranty. We were almost at the point of, you know what maybe we shouldn’t buy a car from Walser. The sales manager eventually stopped and walked away dumbfounded. It was on the verge of embarrassing from a sales perspective. If it wasn’t for the fact that they had the vehicle we wanted, we would have left. We felt sorry for the salesperson. He seemed embarrassed to be there. We understand they have a job to do, but the old adage, no means no. Get over it and move on, you have the sale. This is a buyer beware establishment! We would give this a one star but the salesperson was great! I wouldn’t recommend this place

The maintenance on my Murano was done fast and efficient
The maintenance on my Murano was done fast and efficient as usual. I wouldn't go to anyone else. However, I am very disappointed that I still have a tremendous wind noise after paying quite a lot for replacement seals in one of the doors. It is obviously due to the wind coming in from somewhere else. Hopefully the guys will take upon themselves to find the the right solution to this problem.

Ncalvelage, we really appreciate your feedback! We are sorry that replacing the seal on your door did not alleviate the noise. Next time you bring it in have a tech do a ride long and perhaps the area of noise can be pinpointed.
