They feel a little out of touch with the customer service

They feel a little out of touch with the customer service experience. Multiple times I’ve gotten a notice via text, open it to find four-figure bill with very little information, have to call to ask for more detail, and I feel like I’m doing the majority of the work asking questions instead of having an expert explain what they found. Not what I would expect from the company that manufactured the vehicle.
