Very long sales process and not a great service

Very long sales process and not a great service department. Everyone I dealt with was very nice, but they can’t make up for what seems like really bad leadership. Customer service was great, but they are fighting an uphill battle.

My recent service was amazing!

My recent service was amazing! Tyler in quicklane was extremely nice and knowledgeable they even went above and beyond and fixed my wiper while it was in!! Thanks for everything Tyler!!

Was a great experience!

Was a great experience!! Joe Ryan is a superb salesman, he showed me 2 cars I thought I wanted then showed me the "ONE" and I purchased it and have not regrets so far, still need to get the electrical setup in the garage and that would be the next step that I wish FORD did when buying an EV is to help facilitate that part after purchase. I am also NOT a Ford fan but this may change my mind. Great Job Joe, your the best!!!

Service reps were great.

Service reps were great. Young man rep. Was very personable. Oil change and tire rotation covered by Ford Points as well.
