I’ve purchased my last 3 cars at Apple Ford because of the fair value, the sales staff, and service. So when it was time to buy my next car my first call was to Mark at Apple Valley Ford.

I have had great experiences with this dealer, from exchanging cars, getting warranties, and servicing cars, both new and older.

Very long sales process and not a great service department. Everyone I dealt with was very nice, but they can’t make up for what seems like really bad leadership. Customer service was great, but they are fighting an uphill battle.

I’m a repeat customer because the team there is so great. Phil and Cory were awesome to work with.

My recent service was amazing! Tyler in quicklane was extremely nice and knowledgeable they even went above and beyond and fixed my wiper while it was in!! Thanks for everything Tyler!!

Was a great experience!! Joe Ryan is a superb salesman, he showed me 2 cars I thought I wanted then showed me the "ONE" and I purchased it and have not regrets so far, still need to get the electrical setup in the garage and that would be the next step that I wish FORD did when buying an EV is to help facilitate that part after purchase. I am also NOT a Ford fan but this may change my mind. Great Job Joe, your the best!!!

Apple makes the buying process very easy. Even had the Truck I was looking for in stock. Zero percent financing.

Service reps were great. Young man rep. Was very personable. Oil change and tire rotation covered by Ford Points as well.
