My service experience was a little frustrating.

My service experience was a little frustrating. My description of my concern was “a wheel bearing type noise from the right front of the car” Five days later, after not being able to pinpoint the noise, the vehicle was diagnosed with a bad right front wheel bearing. Estimated repair cost: $950. We declined, as it was way too expensive to replace a $52 part. We were charged a $195 diagnostic fee, even though I told them what was wrong before dropping off the car. The only reason we brought it in was because we thought it might have been covered by the extended warranty.

They picked up my car, performed the service that was needed and returned my car at my place on business. It didn’t interfere with my day.

They lied to me about the amount of time it would take to

They lied to me about the amount of time it would take to get new tires while I waited for them, also they quoted the employee discount to me but charged the regular amount. I had to go back and have them refund the difference. I’m not happy with their service at all.

I have a 2020 Ford Escape that only has 17305 Miles on it

I have a 2020 Ford Escape that only has 17305 Miles on it and all the Lug Nuts needed to be replaced and they charged me for it. I have owned many vehicles and I haven't ever heard of lug nuts swelling up in such a short period of time. The car is a lease and I obviously don't put many miles on it It's embarrassing to tell people you know that your car that your proud of has such junky parts that the lug nuts for your tires wore out before you even needed new tires brakes etc. I thought this would have been covered by the manufacturer. After this experience after I left the module went out before I left the lot and all the warny lights went on If it wouldn't been for warranty that wouldn't have been covered. Also I had scheduled the car with a pre maid appointment for the recall to be taken care of to find out the lady just scheduled me for an oil appointment with a rental. Lots of mismanagement. No parts were available and they said it would be at least 2 months. I scheduled it for the fuel injector recall and upon arriving no one had a clue what I was there for because she just put me in for an oil change with a rental. Lucky there was a rental put on there since the car failed immediately after having the oil change. I'm seriously not considering buying the car now or leasing another vehicle.

The Technicians should not touch any control adjustments

The Technicians should not touch any control adjustments in the vehicles. My headlights had been moved from auto to off without my knowledge.
