I had an appointment to have my oil changed. It took 2 hours. I asked what was happening with my car & at first was told the oil change wasn’t done. Then the person helping me found out it was done. I was told that it took so long because they were backed up & other cars took longer than anticipated. However I saw people who came in after me leaving before I did. The employees were apologetic & did give me the oil change for free. I have had problems with Apple Valley Ford in the past & will not be going back. '
