We have made several new vehicle purchases at the Apple Ford in Apple Valley. The used car manager, Rick McClarey, was both hard and rude to us. This made the work our fantastic salesman Mark Halvorson, who has been there 30 years, very difficult. Mark was able to deal with the gm and provide an amicable settlement for us. He cares about his sales, and his customers. In addition he made a follow up phone call to us to be sure we were happy with the new truck. I would recommend Mark if you are buying a new vehicle.

Post sale issues
Good to deal with on the vehicle and a nice vehicle. No complaints on deal made nor the vehicle. post sale was horrible. Told a feature was not included after the sale but when I looked into it the feature it to be added. They had installed an item I did not want due to legal issues and asked to have it removed. They did not and then refused to work to get it out. It has not been pleasant since we drove off the lot.

Love the "no" pressure sales! Staff was easy and very pleasant to deal with. Staff supportive in teaching us the "tricks" to the new car!

I had a good time coming in to get my car. The staff members treated me very nicely and our car sales guy was very great with us so was the finance manager. He end up speaking Spanish aswell. We were not pressure into getting my car and my decisions were respected. Awesome dealer.

Not the worst experience but not the best.
I brought my truck in after having it jumped twice by a tow truck. I went to the quick lane and informed the person who greeted me the information that I had to be jumped and the battery posts needed cleaning but also the battery itself was 4 years old. He proceeded to tell me that they will look at the battery. After a short time he came to tell me my battery tested normal. I asked how that?s possible and he stated that the equipment there is what told him that. I reiterated the circumstances as to why I was there he again stated that the equipment they use informed them the battery tested well and was sufficient enough to send back out on the road. After some back and forth I had to tell him to put a new battery in. Not exactly the customer service I thought I?d get

I looked around sales lots many times and this time
I looked around sales lots many times and this time thinking harder. I checked their website then back to the lot to look again. Went back again to talk to someone. Jordan did a great job finding a best truck and price for me.

I love my new truck, BUT for Ford NOT to add the CHIP for
I love my new truck, BUT for Ford NOT to add the CHIP for SIRSUS Radio is a big mistake, and them not letting us know after asking, till we are there picking up the truck and going though the screen to set up the phone. I now have to go to Best But and buy after market, after already purchasing the new Truck expecting for it to be there.
