Justin Moorman was an incredibly knowledgeable service advisor. He helped me identify issues with my car and get them fixed same day! This location is 30 minutes from me but I continue to drive here for my service needs on my vehicle because of the great customer service.

Received a recall letter, I phone the dealer and could schedule an appointment for the following day. I took the mustang in and he had the required parts and fixed it the same day.

Joe Murphy at Apple Valley Ford did an excellent job of showing us how to buy out our Ford Explorer at the end of the lease. He took care of everything and every detail. The experience started out wonderful.
The experience started out wonderful. Then there was a mixup with my order, the vehicle I purchased was accidentally sold to somebody else. but this is where the dealership really shined they were able to find me another truck in short order and gave me a better price. Everybody I dealt with was pleasant I would certainly recommend them.

To be honest I was disappointed in my service visit - I
To be honest I was disappointed in my service visit - I went for an alignment especially for my rear tires. When the service advisor gave me the test results of before and after there was zero change in the camber which rated from 1.6 to -.3. I asked why and the advisor said because it was within range, I could visually see the tire wearing badly on the inside of both rear tire "thats why I went in for an alignment in the first place". I asked them to do the rear to more in the middle values and was told I would have to wait another 45min - it ended up being almost two hours later and I could see my car on the alignment rack - no one touched it for almost an hour. Poor customer service!!!
