Quality service. Love how Kia listen to the interest and the needs of the customer. I will only use Kia on battleground as they are top notch. Great place to get a car and service your car.

LOVE MY KIA - Car Dealership Experiences

Wonderful Dealership!!! Will always deal with them. Have bought 2 cars from them and am considering another trade at this time. Great service department- While waiting for service to be completed in a timely manner, the staff always let you know what is taking place with your vehicle and is always the perfect host. An experienced salesman- Rick has been helpful in both prior purchases. I never had that feeling dealing with a "Car Salesman", if you know what I mean. He is a professional with your needs in mind. From a female who has always hated trading cars or having to deal with service issues, I love the staff at Battleground Kia!!!! Always has been a great experience.

Look no further

Stopped by to check out the new Sorento, had absolutely no plan on buying a car as this was my first stop. Gladly this turned out to be my only visit to a KIA Dealership. My sales associate, Jeff Hempel was superb and extremely knowledgeable of the KIA line. First we sat down to see what type options I was interested in and afterwards, a deal was struck! Couldn't be happier with my purchase or my experience at Battleground KIA! No pressure, no stress, great bunch of folks to work with. If you're interested in a new or used KIA, stop by and you'll be treated like family by everyone you meet there. Jeff Hempel went above and beyond what a typical salesman would normally do. The financing process was a breeze as Ryan Simpson was great to work with! Overall this KIA Dealer rates AAA+++

Worst car buying experience ever

Worst car buying experience ever! The sales person didn't listen to a word I said. Came in about special offer I received in the mail and the sales person shows us used cars then tells us the specials are only for new vehicles after we have already found a vehicle we loved. Told them our budget and they come back with things that are 200 over that. Then financing had us do all our paperwork Sunday just to call us back Monday to redo it. Which once they reran things screwed us even more by raising my interest rate and payment. Still ticked we didn't walk away

Great service!

The staff were friendly and helpful. It was time for my 10,000 mile check up. Things went well with it. I did find out I needed a tire and they put a rush on the order so I could go on a trip with out any delay.

Michelle did a great job of the entire process of inspection and oil change process. Answered all my questions completely.

Made My Day!!!

My Husband and I just stop by just looking the salesman walk over to us .and ask what was we looking for l said nothing at first. but I did say Soul he ask me why I said that is what I want, He said i got you so we walk over to see the car it was nice. But not for me at the time so we test drive another car .as we were riding do you like this car i said yes but my payments has to around 200$ so to make it short. I got the first car and my payments. WAS WHAT I WANTED. I give my thanks to GOD and, the people at Battleground KIA

AVOID AT ALL COST!

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST! The rating on here has clearly been stacked. Coming from a lifetime of sales experience, having an occasionally good salesman is fantastic but having a rude, nasty, uneducated, impatient sales manager quickly defines this dealership. On multiple accounts Steve the sales manager has completely destroyed any chance of a deal. Instead of working a deal with the customer, he simply wants to be a crook and nickel and dime everything and everyone he lays his eyes on. I advise everyone, do not waste a whole day at this dealership. If you want an honest price, an honest sales team and peace of mind, go somewhere else! Anywhere but here. I'll be looking for someone to delete this comment. Thanks for reading, I hope everyone has a blessed day. Update: a week after the sales manager challenged me to find the vehicle elsewhere as he wouldn't "give me a deal" I went to Bob King Kia and got the car for nearly $70 less a month. GO ELSEWHERE!!

Made my purchase super easy from 3 hours away!

I knew exactly what I wanted to buy and negotiated terms via text and phone. I made a nearly 3 hour drive, bypassing many other Kia dealerships, to buy my Sorento from Battleground Kia. Quan Warley was just delightful to work with. He had the car detailed and ready to go and as soon as I got there he got down to business showing me all the little details about my new vehicle. Even the back room, where they usually drag it out and try to sell you all kinds of extras, was relatively quick and painless. All in all, one of my best car buying experiences.
