The staff were great. The waiting area was very inviting and the quality of service was excellent. I will always contact kia when I'm in the area again for my car services.

Had my oil changed again yesterday. Great service and believe it or not the service advisors talk to you like a human being. Always a great place to have your car repaired. Prices are competitive. Premises are immaculate. Coffee is fresh.... EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY SERVICE...

I stopped in without an appointment because a tire was measuring low on PSI. Within an hour the issue was traced to a nail in the tire, it was repaired, and I was on my way. This occurred all within an hour with no advance notice to the shop

The service center is very helpful and do not mind me asking all the questions they take the time to explain and give me my best options on the service work

I usually meet with Shawn during my appointments and he is always very personable as well as informative. Anytime I am at Kia I never feel i am trying to be bombarded with repairs I don't need. Service is great as well as the atmosphere!
