VERY DISHONEST MANAGER

I DO HAVE TO SAY THAT IF YOU SHOP AT BATTLEGROUND KIA SHOP WITH MIKE ALLEN, HE IS A GREAT PERSON HOWEVER THE SALES MANAGER NAMED PATRICK IS VERY DISHONEST AND LOST FUTURE BUSINESS WITH US AND EVERYONE I KNOW. QUOTED A PRICE AND WAS SAID YES ONLY TO TEST DRIVE THEN COME BACK TO A DOUBLED PRICE. NOT VERY ETHICAL AND WONT BE BACK

We did in fact lower the price as much as we could to suit your needs but unfortunately could not come to an agreement. DISHONEST SALES MANAGER

Was treated very poorly tonight at Battleground KIA . I really thought that the stereo type of HOW women were treated at dealerships was not just hear SAY but experienced it tonight. The SALES MANAGER PATRICK tried to get more that the asking price of a used car by lowballing my trade after I saw for myself on the screen then telling me one PRICE letting me DRIVE the car and them doubling he PRICE when I got back, very bad business

Vermont was an excellent sales person..

Salesman lied!!

Went to look at 2011 Kia Sorento on Sat. Was told it was sold but they had 2012. Gave them our "out the door price" & salesman said, it would be the same price as 2011. TOTAL LIES! Offer was $1800+ over our price. Was contacted by their CS rep on Mon via text. Gave her our story & she apologized. Also told her that there was another 2011 that showed up on a car search site and we might could have made a deal on it if the first offer for the 2012 hadn't been so outrageous. Salesman calls me and tells me my husband called him - that was a bald face lie. My husband did not call him. Needless to say, we will never recommend this dealership & we will not be doing business with them either! Not being able to agree on a deal is one thing; being dishonest is another!

Not pushy and very accomodating

I went into Battleground Kia to test drive the Niro having in mind that I was probably going to purchase the car. Jazmine was my sales person and she was FANTASTIC. I feel like we talked more about stuff than the car. She was very helpful and able to answer all my questions about the car. She was super friendly and caring. Jazmine and the management team helped make sure I got the deal I was looking for.

4th Kia puchase!

We just purchased our 4th Kia. Absolutely love our Kia vehicles. Battleground Kia makes the whole car buying process easy. I will never go anywhere else. I appreciate how they are always willing to work with me to find the best deal. I always feel like I have been treated fairly and that they truly value me as a customer. Doug has helped me with every single purchase and we now joke he is part of our family!! If you dread the car buying experience, give Battleground Kia a chance. They will change your mind and make buying a car a painless experience. Love our Kias!!!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had my oil changed again at Battleground Kia today. Service as always was SUPERB. I even have my own personal service advisor Mark. Mark is wonderful. Gives me tips and advice on service which is much appreciated. THEY make me feel like family each time I take my Kia in for scheduled service. VERY IMPRESSED. They know me by name. Unusual and very rare. Great dealership for service and sales. GREAT PEOPLE......

The sales general manager is the most unprofessional manage

Glen at kia dealership is the most unprofessional man I have ever dealt with!! Bought a 39,000 car broke down a week later said they fixed the problem drove it down to Florida where it broke down again!!! Went into the Infiniti dealership where a ton of recalls were fixed! The SERVICE MANAGER told us to get it fixed and we would be reimbursed! 3 weeks later GLEN says he will not reimburse us and it's the sales associates problem! What!! The sales associate Vernont has been nothing but professional and helpful! My next step is contacting the BBB about Glen and this dealership! Then I'm getting a lawyer! This dealership does 15,000,000 a xxxx year to not be able to be reimbursed!!!!
