Service was truly wonderful my technician Allen was very knowledgeable and explained the entire process to me , also Ryan my advisor took care of me making sure I was kept well informed thru out the process

Horrific Experience Advise people to stay away!

The worst experience Period. They did alot of stuff behind closed doors. Didnt accept my loan from Bank of America but ran my credit app Through numerous banks. My terms weren't the same my interest is higher the Finance agent wouldn't explain the anything just said the Bank will send you something in the mail, sign here & here. They are crooks, I am proof of this, they should be investigated by the BB to keep them from ruining others lives by making them pay unnecessary amounts of extra money, being told boldface lies to only benefit themselves. It's a Shame

Buyer beware

They mixed my personal information with another customer. I became aware when I received declined letters from banks but I didn’t purchase a car recently.

Best buying experience ever

Jose Vasquez was awesome. He really took the time to listen to what I wanted. He was patient and stayed way past closing time to ensure my purchase was enjoyable. I love my new car and have been telling everyone who needs a car to go see him at Battlegrounds Kia. I will definitely come back here if I'm ever in the market for another car. The financer Anthony was also great and he too stayed until 9 to make sure everything went smoothly. The whole sales team gave me the best car buying experience ever. Thank you Battleground Kia.

Honesty

This dealership is EXTREMELY poor when it comes to customer service. They will LIE to you about any type of problem or repair that they are to do to your vehicle that you have purchased from them. I have only had my vehicle for 6 months and there is a major problem with it and all they keep doing is telling miss-leading information on it.

Not honoring quoted price

Internet Sales woman quoted my wife an out the door price for a new vehicle. When she arrived at the dealership, they claim that the girl was new and quoted the wrong price. Back and forth, final “deal” was six thousand over than the Internet “out the door” price. Avoid this dealership. Sorry your employee quoted the wrong price, she is your employee and you should honor it. Instead my wife is at this dealer until almost 9pm playing the shady game with them. What a great example why you should not do business with Battleground Kia.

Worst car shopping experience ever!

I drove from the Raleigh area to shop at this dealership because of the discounts advertised on their website. When I arrived, I not only had the most negative, non-customer service focused sales person I’ve ever experienced, (he never even introduced himself) but also was told that if they sold cars for the price on their website that they wouldn’t make any money. When I asked to look at the car I had chosen on the website, I was told it was unavailable...not only that, there were none available with that discount. They were “being held for other customers”. I said, so, you are telling me that you are advertising a discount that you have no intention of honoring?” His response was to tell me that they would honor the discount, but that they would add in a “dealer markup”. When I questioned why, I was told, “because the government says we can.” I’ve requested to be contacted by management to no avail. Apparently, they are not concerned.

Thanks for lying

Called ahead to check and make sure car was still available the person we talked to said yes and that they would hold the keys so no one could get it and we told them we were an hour away. We get there and get out of our car look to the left and there someone is taking the car for a test drive. Thanks for me wasting my gas and time for coming an hour away for nothing
