2012 Ford Focus Titanium Hatchback Experience: The...

2012 Ford Focus Titanium Hatchback Experience: The most fun/enjoyable car purchasing experience we have had in the last 18 years (based on previously purchasing 3 new cars at other dealers and makes). We appreciated the time Dean spent to discuss the vehicle plus test drives. Dean was a great listener and provided valuable information on the vehicle, which assisted in the selecting vehicle options. With the vehicle specified, the financial goals/negociations went very smooth in order to get the payments to a dollar amount that fit our budget. At vehicle pickup, Craig finished the financial paperwork with us. Again, we enjoyed the experience, and had many laughs during the process. Filling out paperwork is not the most fun activity, but he kept things moving. Overall, we appreciated the experience, friendliness, honesty, professionalism, and passion Dean and Craig possess for their specific jobs. Throughout the process, we always felt comfortable.

We have purchased many vehicles....

My husband and I have purchased many vehicles from Hiller Ford over the past 30 years. The prices we paid were always very low. The trade-in values we received were always at the high end. Hiller Ford, The Best for Sales and Service!

I have been a loyal Hiller Ford customer for nearly 40 years and would not go anywhere else! Even moving to Menomonee Falls, where I am sure there are quality Ford dealerships nearby, I would not change from Hiller Ford in Franklin. They are worth the drive, from the repair history on my two Fords (Taurus and Flex) to the great deals when buying new or leasing. It is convenient to get the service history, notices when you hit mileage points, and competitive pricing on all repairs it is worth it. I have shopped the Internet to see what repairs cost, Hiller Ford is always close to the best price anywhere! Thank you, I recommend Hiller Ford for new and used car purchases and lease, along with service work. They are the best!

I drove from Appleton to Hiller Ford to look at a used...

I drove from Appleton to Hiller Ford to look at a used 2008 Ranger to replace my 2003. I found the vehicle listed on the Internet and talked to the parts manager Mike Luttrop since I know him as he is a member of our deer camp and an extended family friend, before coming down. I dealt with Jeff Inwood on the sale and it couldn't have gone better, my second trip to Hiller had me driving back to Appleton in the 2008 Ranger that I wanted. Nothing but good dealings from start to finish and would recommend Hiller to anyone.

"Stand up" dealership

I owned a 1999 Ford Contour SVT I bought at another dealership new in 1998. Over time I started using Hiller for repairs and they have always gone above and beyond in helping me, and in making great repairs. wheel bearings, clutch, transmission repair, fuel pump.. brakes, air conditioning.. They REALLY stand behind the work, and when one item broke a short time after the replacement (a manual transmission shifter cable), they covered the re-repair 100% including towing. Spectacular! So after owning the Ford Contour SVT for 12 years, i finally bought a new Ford. I AM planning to use Hiller Ford for any and all future repairs. Of any ford dealer in the greater Milwaukee area.. they are the best. My new 2012 Ford was not purchased from Hiller Ford only because it was a rare: 2012 Yellow Blaze Focus with a manual transmission. No one could get one, and to order would require a large down payment. i found the exact car I wanted 60 miles away in a small farm town and scooped it up with zero down and used Ford Credit for the purchase. If I could have gotten that car at Hiller I certainly would have!! But they did not have the exact model I wanted, and the dealer who did have it would not trade it to them. So It is all good. And the wait for ordering a new Focus is a pretty long wait. I had to have the exact car i wanted, being pretty fussy. So all in all, Hiller is in my opinion the very best place in The Metro Milwaukee area to buy and service a Ford car.

Jeff Inwood did a great job helping me find my first car....

Jeff Inwood did a great job helping me find my first car. He didnt push me or my dad to buy a certain car. He was also very personable and I felt like he really wanted to help find the perfect car for me which he did! He let us test drive the car where ever we wanted to go so you could really get a feel for how the car drove and operated. We ended up buying a 2008 Ford Focus and it is the PERFECT car and the price wasnt too bad either. I really appreciate the effort he put in to helping me.

I have not as yet purchased a car from Hiller Ford, however, will definitely keep them in mind when finally doing so. Their service on my current Focus has always been prompt and they keep me informed of any possible future issues with my car. I drive way out of my way for them because they have been that good with issues, even renting a car from them when my car has repairs to be done! My experience with the staff is that they have been friendly and knowledgable!

My second vehicle purchase from Hiller Ford.

I just purchased my second vehicle from Hiller Ford and I couldn't be happier with the way I was treated from start to finish. Not only was the sales team helpful (and not pushy like other dealerships), but they also helped to me choose the best warranty and service plan based on the style of driving that I do. The service department has always impressed me and the service manager, Don, is always there if I have any additional questions about what is being done to my vehicle. Keep up the good work guys!

Great Service

I have had my car in for service/repair many times through the past 6 years and even though my car is an older model my car has always been fixed quickly and of high quality. I would not take my car anywhere else!
