Knowledgeable and friendly dealership
I have purchased two vehicles from Hiller Ford and have had great experiences. The sales staff was friendly and very helpful during the buying process. I always take my cars there for service as the service dept is well run and have been very knowledgeable about any concern I have with my vehicle. The repairs are done on time and they have been on budget. I will continue to take my business to Hiller.

We have tried twice to buy a car from them.
Our first experience with Hiller ford was when we were buying our first new car and were taking our time deciding between a Ford Mustang or Chevy Cavalier. We were torn because we loved the Mustang and they had a great price on it, but it was not a great winter car and did not have a rear defogger (kind of a need for Wisconsin winters). While trying to decide the sales manager literally yelled at us and told us to "hurry up and just buy the car or get out of here." Needless to say we got out of there. Our second experience was we were looking at a used car we saw on line for sale by Hiller. The e-mails my husband sent were not responded to timely and when we went in to look at the car we stood for 15 mins outside looking at the vehicle before going in without anyone asking us if we needed help. When we did go in it was 8:30pm. We had to walk up to a sales person and ask for help (they were standing around talking). When we were finally being helped we were told we could not test drive the car that night because it was too late and insurance did not allow it. Being that we both work long full time hours, we have had to do plenty of test drives from other dealers withing 30 mins of their closing and they never had an issue with it. Needless to say in addition to their building being run down and sorely in need of repair and remodel, their customer service has been poor. If you do go there talk with Steve - he was the only one that would talk with us and was proactive, but not pushy even calling us on his day off.

Car buying can be a very exciting, yet grueling experience. Waiting for hours to find out if they've come close to the deal you are looking for can be quite painful. However, such was not the case at Hiller Ford. Dan Napierala, my salesman, was extremely pleasant, knowlegdeable, and went out of his way to make sure that I got the deal that I wanted to put me in my new car painlessly. I'd highly recommend both Hiller Ford and Dan Napierala to put you in your next car!

Just bought a used car..
and the dealer made it very easy. Found the car on the internet, they held the car while I made time to get near Milwaukee for a test drive. Car all ready to test drive when I got there... Pretty much everything was taken care of for me including putting the new plates on, (they fed us brats, etc. food always helps, took time to chat and answer my questions... :) Looked at many cars, did a lot of research, the price was right here, and they made the whole thing fast and easy. Thank you Pam and staff- feels good to support a family-owned business. I smiled the whole way home!

When I purchased my 2009 Ford truck from Brager Ford I walked away feeling terible about my purchase. I felt bad about it for 2 years. I felt that Brager Ford forced me to buy what I didn't want. When Ford came out with the ECO boost engine it gave me a reason to investigate a new truck. April 7 I walked into Hiller Ford and hooked up with Jeff Inwood. I gave him what I was looking for he did a search and told me they could not find what I wanted and we would have to order one. When all is said and done I walked away feeling very good about my purchase. Jeff Inwood was very friendly, very acomidating Very informative,and very polite even when I was getting impacient about the delivery taking what I thought was getting to be a long time. I would recomend Hiller Ford to anyone and have asked Jeff Inwood to keep his eyes open for a used Tarus for a friend of mine.

I live an hour away from the dealership. When I called...
I live an hour away from the dealership. When I called about an Explorer listed online, Jeff immediately pulled the car from the lot until I could get there to see it. I wasn't able to complete the sale on Saturday so they held the car for me until Tuesday for a small deposit. We completed the sale in less than an hour without any pressure to purchase an additional warranty. I am very happy with the vehicle which is in great shape and feel that I paid a fair price.

experience was great. Salesperson was knowledgable and friendly. I was able to get an email price mailed to me and did actaully have to call someone. Other dealers wouldn't do this. Internet price to me means getting and email not a phone call. If I wanted to get a phone call I would have called in the first place. Salesperson helped me realize that getting the limit Escape actually saved me more money than order a XLT with heated seats.
