My wife and I knew exactly what we wanted and went to Hiller Ford with the intent of buying it. We had no trouble with up-sells or any garbage like that. We were treated well and left happy owners of a new car. I recommend this dealership to anyone. We dealt with Jeff Inwood and Joe Pierce.

We have purchased many new vehicles in the past 16 years and Hiller Ford has been our best experience by far. Our salesman Jeff Inwood was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. We felt the whole process was comfortable from the very start, no pressure, no money games, they were straight forward with the best price they could offer and were willing to throw in a few extras that we asked for without any haggling back and forth. They took care of all extras that we wanted to add to the vehicle in a very timely manner, Jeff always returned phone calls and above all there was no high pressure sales talks for extended warranty etc. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership to anyone that is tired of the games that dealerships and car salesman tend to play because you don't get that with this dealership! We will be back the next time we are looking for a new vehicle.

Jeff Inwood was very helpful to find the vehicle with all the options we wanted with out running the lot and did not waste our time on a vehicle we weren't interested in. Dan was great. Jeff was great too. Both were very helpful and low pressure. A great car buying experience. I walked in late on a Monday evening and Dan was helpful and willing to stay to answer questions. He couldn't make it the day I picked up the vehicle so he had Jeff assist me. Excellent job by Jeff Inwood. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable in helping us find a vehicle with the features we wanted and a price we could afford. He was attentive to us from start to finish and answered all of our questions clearly without any high pressure. We selected a 2010 Ford Focus and Hiller Ford gave us an extremely fair offer as a starting point and bargained in good faith so that we were able to arrive very quickly at a satisfactory final price. After all the paperwork was done Hiller gave our new car a wash and filled the tank and Jeff patiently and thoroughly went over all the features one more time. It's been 9 years since our last new car purchase and I wasn't looking forward to it but Jeff Inwood and Hiller Ford actually made it an enjoyable experience.

I really enjoyed the great service I recieved from Don B., he was very friendly and helpful when it came to my truck needing work.I was impressed with the timely manner that the work done to our truck was completed when promised. This was our first trip to Hiller. Our good friends referred Don, and so we came in to get serviced.

We were very satisfied with the service on our Honda we received at the service dept and Don Berka at Hiller Ford. Everyone was very friendly and courteous while we were there, and he gave us a report on things that was needed to repair the car which we appreciate.
