Very Bad

Beware of Pacific Auto Center we came to a agreement on the asking and when I got the bill there was exter $2485.00 for accessories they did not tell me about. Total Deceptive advertising, Rip off.

Excellent customer service

My husband and I have been shopping for a full size passenger van for a few months. Locally, they were hard to find and got no help from other local dealers. We drove up to Fontana and we were approached by our sales man, Alejandro. He was nice and personable, not pushy or trying to pressure us into a sale. He worked diligently for us, and helped accommodate our requests. Alejandro was extremely professional and calm under pressure when he couldn't locate a set of keys for a van we wanted to test drive. He found the keys in no time and we were able to test drive the van. We decided to purchase the van, and Alejandro worked quickly through our paper work. The manager, also personable and diligent in his work, really shows the work ethic at this dealership. We were comfortable the whole time. Our finance guy, Saul was also experienced and efficient. He explained the contract and got us out the door with our new van in record time. He is definitely an asset to the company. Having purchased six vehicles over that last 20 years, this dealership is by far the easiest company we've ever worked with.

This dealer did not respond to my one and only question, “what is your asking price?” I purchased elsewhere. Bad overall impression since I was prepared to buy.

Beware of $3,000 accessory charge!

Beware that the price of the trucks online do not include a “mandatory” $3,000 GPS tracking and Lo Jack charge. Manager called to say this was for the consumer and adds value to the car. I’m pretty sure, that is what insurance if for and it not disclosed any place on their website or in the details of the vehicle. Beware, if you choose to shop there.

Buyer Beware - Liers only work there

Buyer beware, don't waste your time this dealership does not care about you as a person. Hidden fees telling me the GPS is optional but mandated by the bank. Uneducated sales person. Many lies and we were told that the Sales Manager was too busy to talk to me. I would not recommend this place, not sure how they are still in business. Buyer Beware.

This place is HILARIOUS

These guys are a real trip. Showed up ready to buy a truck. Looks nice, salesman was a good kid. Wanted to talk numbers, so over comes the boss. Before I could say anything he says, “this is the price firm, we sell over 600 vehicles a month, we don't need to adjust our prices they’re the best within 500 miles”. Well, that’s not a great start. Oh yeah, that price isn’t really the price - you have to add $2500 for “accessories” which are door tape and LoJack. Get the F out of here, scam scam scam scam scam. AVOID these guys like the plague, seriously. No wonder their stuff sits on the lot for months and months, they’re only for suckers.

2007 Chevy 2500 diesel

When there to look at the truck told them I had a large down payment, didn’t even get to look at the truck price is already above kelly blue book then they say there is a additional 2k dealer fee for things I don’t even want and then they also said they are having trouble selling it I wonder why no one is going to pay 37k for a 2007 with 100,000 miles one it

Don’t waste your time!!!! Illegal dealer activity

Believe the other poor reviews! Just drive 3 hours from home with two kids for a car advertised online for $31,000. Wanted to purchase it and they returned with their paperwork for the price. $2500 in add ons not shown online for a 3m door guard and low jack. Biggest scam ever. Totally illegal under the vehicle code. I’m reporting them to the dmv. Don’t waste your time with them!
