WHY????

Why is this dealership allowed to be in business? They are a total scam and have hidden fees. Went to see 2 cars and only got to see one. The people where incredibly rude and didn't seem to make any effort to want to help me. First thing they told me when I mentioned I saw the car on the website was that the price will most likely be 3K more than what's on the internet. Hidden Fee's BEWARE! Total waste of time. The lot with the vans, looks like it was a chop shop. Saw 2 sprinter vans that looked like a parts van. Horrible service and false advertising. Cars.com should take these guys off their site. Stay away!

No thank you!

First time we came here we were buying a Ram 2500 with a trade in. They low-balled the trade in by $4000. We left. Decided to come back 2 weeks later looking at a Ram 3500 and while waiting to be helped saw all the reviews and asked about the “extras” that everyone was talking about. We were told that they will not sell the vehicle without all the extras. Are you serious?? I don’t want all that and of course it isn’t advertised until you go to buy the thing. I know all the trucks are at this place but stay away!!!

Lies and Illegal work

This place is the worst. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you think you are getting a good deal just wait. I was told that I had my final price and then they spring another price onto it. They added an accessories fee for locks. It is something I have seen them do before. Don't waist your time or money here because they will just lie to you.

Poor Poor Communications and Poor customer care

1st on Friday night I completed an on-line inquiry, with no reply. 2nd inquiry Monday afternoon, with NO replay. 3rd I called spoke is a salesman to check stock. They had the vehicle, great. Will be done to take a look in a day or two. Contacted the salesman on Wednesday, advised that I would be done on Saturday, as I am 4hrs in one direction. When I arrived on Saturday about 11am, NO would help me. When I inquired about the guy I had been talking to, he was off that day, rather than find his partner or someone he works with, it was ANY available rep. He could not find the vehicle in there inventory. When he checked up front, it was SOLD on Wednesday. When I looked at the sales board it was the 1st Vehicle of the day. I get it they sold the vehicle, but it would have been nice to know before the 4hr drive. Plus, NO ONE CARED. It was to bad so sad, not "oh can we show you something else?" It was the vehicle has been sold, I am busy. Not even good luck or sorry. A phone call would have been nice. The friend I was with had a fit in the store, so they brought out a more expensive vehicle to show her and would not budge $1. They said the price is the price, we sell over 600 vehicles a month and don't need to adjust our price to make a sale. If you want it fine if not we have work to do. Very unprofessional very poor communication, very poor customer service. By the way, I had a check-in hand to pay cash for the vehicle I was wishing to see. A F-450 is NOT on ever lot, they are hard to find on that is in good shape, clean NOW business owned that was taken care of. We wanted something to tow the horses that would wear out in 2-3yrs. I spoke to my friend and he said he had a run-in with them. He gave $5K down on a $30k vehicle, after 3- weeks the dealer called and said they needed more money down. They brought the vehicle back, other deal said that is there MO. A 2nd friend said they had a vehicle and again, the price is the price. You want it we got. This is the price, we sell over 600 vehicles a month, we don't need to adjust our prices to make a sale. Stay away. They are NOT good people at all and don't care about anything but themselves.

They advertized h3 hummer for $19995, I had cash expecting to pay $22 to $23k, they hit me with $25,161 out the door, bunch of hidden fees, and all this baloney, they would not budge on that price... so i walked... sharks!!!!

Not high pressure, but don't seem to care.

We went there looking for a 2013 F150. First, we were overwhelmed by the crowded conditions. Way too many vehicles on the lot for the amount of space. We were presented with the first F150 we came to see, but by then we also wanted to see another truck. It took 30 minutes for the salesperson to locate and bring the truck up front. The second had obvious problems (non-operational backup camera, etc.) and the salesperson made no effort to say that the problems would be fixed. Their acquisition inspection is a joke, and the warranty non-existent on anything over 100K miles. PAC acquires most of their vehicles at auctions, so there is very little knowledge of the vehicle's previous life. The overall experience left a bad taste in our mouths.

This place is nothing but a dishonest business

This place is nothing but a dishonest business, they do not know the truth from a lie and they would fabricate a story just to get you to buy. I was looking for a Chrysler Pacifica with low millage and saw the listing on the Internet for Pacific Auto Center I live in Orange, CA and Fontana is about 1 ½ hours away called them said they still had it in stock I made appointment for that afternoon (Saturday) to go see it. I am handicap and it’s hard for me to stand around It was supposed to be ready when I arrived and was not, the Vehicle was filthy in and out my wife and I waited for one hour for them to get it clean up and when it was supposedly clean it was still pretty dirty. We saw a small dent on the passage back door and minor scratches on the back of the car. David the salesmen said don’t worry we will detail the car and they would be gone. Test drove the car really like it and I bought it. Than the BS began. Set in an office for over 1 ½ hours waiting for the paper work kept telling us they are working on it. When the paper work was finally done the interest rate went up from 3.390 to 4.490 I have a fico score of 845 was told my debt ratio was higher than it should be and that the best they can do. Had to go through the sales manager for the dent and scratches was written down on a work sheet that I sign that said they would take care of it. Next they started adding on all kinds of extra told them no, they were un-happy with me not going with the extra. Had to get the service manager involved for the dents David said when we were signing the paper work he would try to take them out I told him the deal was dents out or no deal I am not paying $35,063.00 for a car with damage to it they finally agreed verbally to do it and I could not pick up the car for 4 days because of the body work. I pick up the car on schedule but the dents on the rear of the car was not fixed David said he never said he would fix it and I would have to see the service manager Robert if I wanted the work done and of course Robert was off that day. Three weeks went by trying to get answer finally drove back to Fontana talk to the sales manager who give me to Robert ask why no return calls said he was busy and they don’t fix dents. Robert was there said he told me they would try to fix them was told I would have to take care of them and they walk away. Estimated cost of Repair $1,500.00. My son and his son were also buying a Truck and they went to another place to purchase. I am in business for myself 53 years with many referrals and no complaints I do not lie to my customer and do what I say I am going to do Allen Orange, CA

Don't waste your time!

From the start, the sales dept. left me on hold more than 10 min three times before I finally was put through to a sales person. Next, I make the appointment only to have them call me 8 minutes before my appt. time to tell me another customer is testing the same vehicle and it's first come first serve. I get there and they let me know the vehicle is available. I test drive and decide to buy the SUV if they replace the front tire due to a huge chunk of it missing. (Seriously, I have pics.) As soon as I showed them my pre-approval they told me they must hard pull my credit through their company as well! When I refused they told me they would issue the po for my bank and sarcastically said they hope the car would still be there in the morning. This was shortly before closing. They left me sitting over an hour before giving me the po. When they did they added $2,686 in additional charges! I walked out.

trucks such here don't buy

By far the worst dealership I've been too. Bad management skills. Especially finance they act like you owe them money better of taking youre business somewhere else. They sale terrible used cars not reliable cars etc. Keep away if not you will see and learn a expensive mistake going there. I had to return piece a junk truck back to them.
