I sent this review to the customer service email that responds to all the negative comments here and heard NOTHING: I bought a Nissan Passenger Van from this car lot at the beginning of February From the start it was horrible, and it only gets worse. I call the lot, talk to whomever answers the phone, asked him about the car I was looking for. He tells me the car is there and come take a look. My husband drives out to the lot, walks into the building, there are multiple people sitting behind the desk, not a single person looks up, no one greets him, no one even looks up at him!!! So 1. This is horrible customer service, and 2. I can only imagine this has to do with my husband being Black. This is EXACTLY how we are treated when we enter racist establishments. My husband stands there for a bit. No one looks up, 2 people are watching their phones, still nothing. He finally says out loud to everyone in the room since no one is even looking up, “I’m looking for ______ “ He identifies himself and proceeds to tell my husband that the car we are looking for isn’t actually there. Mind you, we drove 45 minutes to come look at this car. We are beyond mad at this point. The next morning he calls me and tells me he found it. So my husband drives back the next morning. The guys isn’t apologetic AT ALL. Doesn’t even care. And the ONLY reason we came back is because this car is hard to find and we really needed it. The next morning I go back to buy the car and fill out paperwork. There is absolutely no urgency, no commitment to good Service, in fact, we feel like we are putting the sales person out and bugging him. No joke, that’s how he made us feel. AFTER we have now made 2 trips and experienced horrible service. We finalize paper work, he says he’s going to get the car washed for us before we take it. THIS LITERALLY TOOK 4 HOURS. We left and came back that night. And it continues to get worse: In your prices you charge us $2500 for an anti left system and some door handle pads. The same door handle pads are on Amazon for $20. They are incredibly easy to install. Also, who even uses these? You guys charge $500 for this. I reached out to the company that does them and he told me he would do my other car for under $150 for a car with 5 handles. And you guys are charging me $499 for 3 handles! And here we are, a month out from having our car and it has been the most insane hassle trying to get it put on our car. You charged us for it, it was never installed, the only reason the guy helping us knew this is because WE pointed it out that it wasn’t done after reading the contract. And now here we are, calling the lot every day, trying to solve this problem. We never get calls back, its always “Someone will call you today” AND IT NEVER EVER HAPPENS. I want a refund for the door pads. This is absolutely unacceptable. You have my money and no one cares to give us what we paid for. On top of the fact that its so over-priced and not something I even want. All this to say, my experience was HORRIBLE. I am local to the area and have lived here my whole life. I have purchased many cars from the area and have never experienced anything like this. I’m walking away from this lot with money taken from me that I didn’t want to ever spend AND with a feeling that this car lot is racist and doesn’t offer exceptional service to people that aren’t white.

terrible dealership
We came into to buy a vehicle , and brought 20k in cash once we did the test drive and sat down to do paperwork -they tried to sell us on some anti theft device that we didnt want to purchase that supposedly had already been installed and they refused to take it off . $3000 and we didnt have a choice , so we said no. Terrible experience I wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone i cared about .

Costly lies!
I contacted PAC regarding a truck priced at $35998. When I was ready to drive over an hour from my house to look at it, I called to make sure it was still there. It was, but the guy I spoke with told me it was actually a higher price because of added accessories. $3000 for a gps tracker for your phone, and etching to windows in case it gets stolen. I don’t want those, but said they can’t remove them, so you are stuck paying for them. That’s BS! At least I found out before wasting all that time and fuel!

Swindley
Saul Gonzales is a swindley guy. Doesn't tell you there's an option to get additional insurance to help get his company more revenue. Lies about it later saying he said things he didn't say when there were two people who witnessed him not saying it. Even when calling to cancel he presses hard saying you're not even getting the money back to prevent the refund to protect his sales figures. Took 7 hours to buy a car - probably get you tired before you purchase so you agree blindly. This doesn't just happen to me - it's a common problem they try adding additional insurance and customers needing refunds. The worst thing you can have in a car dealer is someone who isn't trust worthy.

Prices listed on Internet is not real
I was really disappointed. They list fake prices on Internet. They add $3,000-4000 markup for each single truck they sell before tax and other fees. Thy just use unhealthy marketing strategy to attract potential buyers. Do not waist your time to come over there.

Only God knows what is their real business!
Look at all the negative reviews from Google, Yelp, and other places. How come a company has this many bad reviews lately and doesn't take any action. This is a recurring incident with most visitors. So does this company really selling cars, or is its existence just for a show! I drove 2 hours to this location, and once it came to Truck's test drive, the salesman said he is not available as he has another customer in 5 minutes! He told me to wait next to the car and will send another sales associate. No one showed up for 15 minutes, and once I approach another salesperson, he showed interest in showing me the vehicle. He asked what I want to know about the truck. I told him I know everything about the truck, want to test drive it, and if it's free of mechanical issues, buy it. Salesperson: but do you know the price? me: yes, it is listed for 38K tax registration and dealer paperwork Salesperson: also, it has additional $4k equipment that you should pay for! such as GPS and Tires. The car was already listed $6k over its retail value. The navigation on the car was OEM, but the salesman insists it's aftermarket!

Don’t get scammed
This is a scam artist at its best, wait for hours just to be told that the out there door price is 2,000 dollars more because of a gps security system. A system that the buyer doesn’t need or want but can’t buy the truck unless they pay for it. Don’t waste your time here.

Scammed Big Time!
These guys scammed me big time. They posted pictures of a perfect looking car. Traveled from far and found that it was dinged all over and was even missing emblem on car and they wouldn’t replace it or fix it. Completely disgusting looking condition in person. It was not communicated. Their attitude was very poor and they had no intentions of repairing the damages, as well.
