Fernando is completely incompetent cost me over $1200 in interest due to him funding my loan with a different lender, although I came in with the preapproval letter. Send send he has emailed me saying he would reimburse the difference but since has no longer communicated. Completely unprofessional would never buy another car from this dealer again strictly due to Fernandez poor Performance as a finance manager. Pacific auto center do better.

Bate and switch tactic. inexperience salesmen, poor communications with buyers. Drove an hour to the store. After receiving my sales worksheet they added over $4,000.00 to the advertised price. GPS, ETCH (glass etching) and clear concepts. I asked if they were option accessories and they said no you have to purchase the added accessories. Other dealers will add these accessories if you want them as an option. If you go there you will only get frustrated. I found another dealer that was a completely different experience and I bought the vehicle. Good Luck
