Shady dealership buyers beware

So I bought a 2018 Silverado and in the pictures it had head rest and floor mats when I went to see it they took them out and said it was an extra add on, on top of that the had also taken out the spare tire after going back and forth they gave me the supposedly add on, it all seemed very shady to me. My dad also had bought a 2016 Ram 2500 with the extended warranty and everything seemed ok that day. then the batteries died in 2 days he went back and forth with them and so far the batteries, alternator have been replaced. Then they took out the gps because it was killing the batteries after all this the truck has spent more time in the shop then in his house and now the truck is saying the abs and the seatbelt lights have came on for service. He has called them back and now they don’t want to help with anything anymore and he has only had the truck for 3 months with half the time in the shop. I would say stay completely away from this place they are very shady, we regret buying are trucks from this place.

Traded for a Diesel truck

Very disappointed with this dealership. Saw a truck...

Very disappointed with this dealership. Saw a truck advertised for $30K and was pretty much ready to purchase. Spoke with Joshua, a salesperson who promised to provide me with the engine hours and when he hadn’t called me back all day I gave him a call only to have him tell me he couldn’t find the truck but would keep looking and call me back. I waited another day and a half with no call back so I called and talked with another salesman who was not helpful at all and was very put out that I would ask for the engine hours and even said he had no idea where to find that but would call me back. He never did so I called and asked to speak to a manager and left a voicemail. The manager never Called me back but had another salesman call me Who was definitely more helpful BUT Nicely explained that out of state purchases require a lot more work and that is probably why I never got a callback from the other salesman. The third salesman I talk to finally did give me the inch and hours but then ended up having the manager call me back to explain that the truck would basically be 20% over the advertised price… I understand licensing, registration, and other fees but there were a bunch of bogus charges for stuff that they claimed they had done to the truck. Between the lack of knowledge and care from the sales staff and the false advertising, there is no way I will be doing business with this dealership… Which sucks because they seem to have several trucks with our company would be interested in.

something is not Right..

Went there to see a truck. Bryan N. Showed me the truck and told me that there will be a $3000 add to the price on the ads. He said because the truck comes with : 1. If the truck is missing and not find in 15 days, they will replace a new one. BS. Why do I have fully coverage insurance for. 2. Truck with a clear tape on all doors . 3. It has LoJack like system and it’s also has an app to us to monitoring the truck if someone driving the truck crazy. All their vehicles comes with the $3000 plan and you have to purchase it with the vehicles or they won’t sell the vehicle. At this point, I am smelling a lot of fishy but did not said anything because maybe it is the way new California law because I don’t live there. Now, it is time to meet Jose, finance man. I told him to tell me what is put the door price so I can let my bank who had approved my loan already. Once I am agreed with the price, my bank will contact them and work the finance part until they get the funds and I get the truck. Jose told me it is not that easy. He said my bank will take up to 2 weeks for them to get the fund. I told Jose I can wait. Jose told me that what will happen if someone got the truck while they wait for a fund from my bank. I told Jose it is ok, I will have to look for another truck. I understood car selling business. Jose won’t give me the final price and keep asking me to run my credit report. I told Jose that he doesn’t has to run my credit report because I don’t need finance through his company. At last, I smelled enough bullfrog, I just walk out the office. WASTE ONE HOUSE OF MY TIME and 4 hours driving there.

Don’t help you in anything

Finance people act like if it was new car dealer they don’t try to help in anyway they want more than a regular dealer please don’t waste your time
