Their service sucks. Their salespeople do not provide any information unless you pull their teeth about it and ask. Chayane was like a dead log and he would only stand around and then say "what's it gonna be?" THERE IS ZERO customer service- they just wanna know if you'll buy or not. They won't budge, not even a dollar on price even though their sticker price does not reflect the actual price of the vehicle. We were ready to buy when we walked in and they told us about thousands of dollars more for the truck for optional (not optional) installed features found in the truck that we cannot actually opt out of. When we pointed out that this is false advertising, they say "well the price on the sticker is the sales price but then there are these added features" wth??? If you cannot opt out of the added features then the sales price should include them already so as not to mislead customers! Dishonest business practice if you ask me! Then when the manager came to speak to us, Victor, he was a complete xxxxxx. I gently said that we would need to do more shopping as we are trying to stay within budget and he comes at my kids "well I have kids and I wouldn't wanna drag them around like you guys to shop some more so" xxx??? My kids are well behaved and even then is that a reason to drop over $40k on their crappy service and business for a truck with over 70,000 miles on it as it was? Their other sales dud was no gem. Julio kept saying he would follow up with us and he never did! Worse dealership experience we have ever had. They act like you owe them your money and clearly they do not care about providing any service or working with their customers. We will continue to spread the word so no one else takes their hard-earned money to this junk place.

This auto dealership is sucks.I bought used truck here F350 Ford 2019 . They sold me a lemon truck. They don’t even told me the truck I got was 7 times in service. they don’t show me the carfax. I bought the truck Jan 2021. I started using feb 16 for business. After 5k miles the truck can’t haul more than 5k .According to the Ford service that I went . They said it’s lemon.Beware to this Dealership they just Want to sell they don’t care about customer. Sucks

Saul was very knowledgeable and helpful. Brenton was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the vehicle. The transaction went smooth and have no complaints on customer service.

I had a very poor experience at Pacific Auto Center. I was told by a Pacific Auto Center associate that some "optional" features are pre-installed into their vehicles and are non-negotiable. These pre-installed features are not reflected by the sticker price. I feel like this is is a very dishonest business practices.

These reviews speak for themselves, from the low level sales people to the , closers , desk Man.. Unprofessional I was hung up on twice called back was transferred to the sales managers cell phone and all he could say " I'm not at the dealer so I can't help" I'm sure I'm not the 1st call that the operator has transferred.. These people play games are old school want you to wait for hours and hours..

They made a competitive in person offer for my truck. I accepted, gave them consent to get payoff. Then they tried to reduce offer multiple times more and this was all after inspection and offer was made. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this shady dealership.

Great customer service!!!! Wish the car was a little bit cleaner. Tons of cars in inventory to choose from. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Nate is an awesome Sales Rep he showed us so many vehicles and when we didn’t qualify for the truck we wanted he was very nice to show us around a truck our budget very helpful. Anthony was also very helpful getting us situated very fast and easy
