Survey should be for my GMC Terrain.

1. On Saturday February 10th, at 3:30 PM my car broke down in the middle of the street. The car was towed to the dealership and arrived about 6PM. 2. On Sunday February 11th I went to the dealership?s web site and informed them what happened and that I needed a car loaner while my vehicle was in for repairs. 3. Called on Monday February 12th to see if the car was looked at. Was told the preliminary findings indicate a fuel problem. Asked about a car loaner and was told they did not have one. Expressed my displeasure and that it was especially important to have one. 4. Called on Tuesday February 13th to see if the car was looked at. Was told they were terribly busy and had not looked at the car. So, I asked about the car loaner and was told I would be on the list, but there were many requests. I mentioned that I had requested one on Sunday in my electronic message. Again, I expressed my displeasure and frustration. 5. Called on Wednesday February 14th to see if the car was looked at and was informed that it finally made into the shop. Again, no loaner car available. Very frustrated with the dealership. 6. Called on Thursday February 15th and was told that it was the fuel pump and that the fuel tank would have to be lower to do the replacement and the car would not be available until Friday February 16th. I have been a customer of the Cappellino dealership for about 10 years. I am disappointed with my visit this time. Is Non-warranty work a priority versus warranty work? After dealing with this unfortunate situation, I will be moving on to another dealership. Comes down to they ?couldn?t work it out.?

Great buying experience!

Great buying experience! Dome ic Benedetti was my Salesman, and did a fantastic job. He answered all of my questions and was able to get what I wanted in this vehicle. Thank you Cappellino for having a very knowledgeable person on hand!

Great overall experience.

Great overall experience. Sales person (Jacquie) was very knowledgeable. Entire staff very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience to lease a car. My salesman Mike Matthew & Matt the finance manager were the best!! I would recommend Capellino's GM dealership!

prompt response, great follow ups. polite, patient. would highly recommend. Very understanding when I had confused them with another dealership. And I would NOT use the other dealership at all.

Excellent dealership. Kelsey is the salesperson to ask for. Pleasant to talk to and be with. Answered all my questions about the vehicle I was interested in. Highly recommend.

My husband and I went to Cappellino’s on Saturday and we

My husband and I went to Cappellino’s on Saturday and we talked to Nick Buccarelli about a car. He took time with us and showed us cars. He was very helpful. I would highly recommend him to our friends. We picked up our new car on Tuesday. Thank you Nick for everything. We definitely will see Nick again.

My husband and I had a fantastic experience at your dealership. We went Thanksgiving weekend and i had my new car in 2 days. All the associates are so helpful and friendly. We will never deal with another dealership especially the one in Kenmore on Delaware Ave. Thank you. I love my new vehicle.
