We have been going to Cappellini Buick/GMC for our cars for at least the last 5 or 6 years and have worked with Tim Wrotny each time. He, as well as their service department and dealership staff are the reason we keep coming back. We lease/purchase multiple cars each time we are in need. My wife's vehicle ran out of warranty. We decided instead of paying so much for repairs, just get another vehicle. We were tired of the Huge Dealership organization in our area. Lots of RA! Ra! but not much more behind them. We wanted to try someone New. Cappellino had a lot of Previously owned vehicles, low mileage and reasonably priced. We found my wife a vehicle, made an appointment ad met the Cappellino dealership. Our sale person Jacquie A. was Great! She not only had the vehicle ready when we arrived then she explained the vehicle to my wife before we test drove it. It was in our price range, size and Cappellino made it Very affordable! Of course my wife loved it too! We bought it. A few weeks later we decided to trade in my vehicle. I located something I passed a couple times and never gave it a thought. Went back on a Sunday morning looked it over and made a test drive appointment on Monday with Jacquie A. I bought that too! We have never purchased vehicles that close together, EVER. What did that do for us? We both picked-up newer vehicles, Nicer looking and more bells and whistles than we know what to do with. Jacquie explained EVERY detail and function of each new addition at the end of the sale. We NEVER had this from any other Dealership. The Cappellino Team from the Manager to the Finance person were really good! This exchange to newer vehicles reduced our payments by over $200 on our monthly expenses. The trade in offer was as I expected doing my prior research before going to Cappellino. The entire experience was Exceptionally Very Good with EVERYONE at Cappellino GMC being so Very Nice to deal with. The only recommendation I can offer Cappellino GMC is the sales group sitting in the front cubicles by the windows could use so shades on the windows or some palm trees to hold back that lovely Sun when it comes out in Western New York. I forgot my sunscreen the afternoon of the close but was able to find a little shade. Jacquie was really hit hard with the sun and we really felt bad for her and the gentleman behind her. Just a friendly and kind suggestion only. Great Job Cappellino GMC!!!! We are Very Happy with our purchases, Have already bought other items from the Parts Department. A Wonderful young lady was so Nice and helpful to work with. We got exactly what we went there for. Floor mats were ordered just this weekend for our last Vehicle purchase. Those are expecting to be ready in the next day or so. We Seriously are very Happy with Cappellino GMC and can tell you from us we HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE Cappellino GMC DEALERSHIP AND ALL of It's STAFF!!!!!!!

We brought our 22 year old car to have it serviced for emissions compliance and oil change with some other repairs. Cappellino service department did an excellent job in addressing the emissions issue and working with the NY State DMV to effect vehicle inspection compliance. Jimmy and Vince were excellent in addressing the issues at at hand and thank you very much "Bud" for doing an excellent job. It was a pleasure to be treated as a valued customer! Would recommend service team!

I was very pleased with the overall sales experience thanks to Jackie (sales) and Clayton (manager). I had looked at a few different vehicles and finally settled on a 2022 Terrain, which had some minor exterior blemishes but these were completely corrected and the vehicle turned out beautifully. Jackie was very knowledgeable about the functional aspects of the vehicle and very patient when showing me how all the many functions worked. It was overall an excellent car-buying experience.
