Lack of hospitality and think consumers are brainless

Stopped into Cappelino to check out a new vehicle. Received no acknowledgment whatsoever! Sent an email through GMC's website and received a call. Finally setup an appointment with a salesrep, only to be disappointed with their pricing. Way off the rocker!! With all of the information available, consumers are much smarter and I have a feeling dealerships will go the way of malls.

Bought a new GMC Denali

My salesman Sal Moreno did an excellent job taking care of me! He was helpful and did not pressure me in any way. Showed me lots of vehicles and cared that I bought a vehicle that I wanted.

Great Experience in the Purchase and Repair

I purchased this vehicle from the dealer as a new vehicle which was a very easy process. I was updated on the progress of the repair to my vehicle by the service advisor at every stage of the repair. I was provided with an excellent rental vehicle during the time of the repair. Thank you for the great service
