Expensive
Nice facility with good customer service. Pleasant waiting area. Price of repairs is outrageous. Got the same work done at a local mechanic for half the cost.

Purchased a nightmare
We purchased a 2017 Buick Enclave in March 2020. During the test drive, we noticed battery problems, a shimmy in the steering and a piece missing on the rear wiper. Our salesman, Tim assured us Cappellino does a multipoint inspection and will repair anything wrong before delivery. He also stated shimmy was probably tires needing air. Due to covid the car sat in our driveway for a good part of 2 months. Our first opportunity to use the car came memorial day weekend. We drove the car to letchworth and basically had a really bad day. First, the battery was dead, starting off our day with a jump. The cd player was stuck on ejecting even without a cd. Then the steering wheel had a bad shimmy the entire trip, almost like a flat tire, even after checking the air in all 4 tires. Also, our first near 90 degree day, we had NO air conditioning. We called our salesman and got an appointment with a 10 day wait for a loaner car. The drop off went very smoothly but our first phone call from service was a nightmare, Service stated they “could not duplicate” our steering concern but recommended 4 new tires and alignment, also rotors and brake pads, totally well over 1,000.00. When I voiced concern over having to pay out on such a recent purchase, the tires were rotated , sending shimmy to the back of the car instead. Also they could not find air conditioning issue, added dye to the system, recommended I return for recheck, (recheck wasn’t done at next service appt for broken radio.) To date we have no air conditioning and no satisfaction in regards to needing tires and brakes. An email from the used car sales manager, Clayton F. stated he had no indication of our concerns. (Even with 1,000 dollars of recommendations right on our service record.). We chose Cappellino because of the service reviews, but Certainly do not recommend them.
