Leasing a 2016 Chevy Trax

Pam Strain was great in helping us with leasing our 2016 Chevy Trax. When our lease is done we will be back in to work with Pam again to purchase another vehicle.

Lease Upgrade

Thanks Pam, We had leased our first truck, a 2015 Silverado 1500 LT. It was within 6 months of the contract end and was not sure how the process would end. We had thought we may buy the 2015 Silverado, but after visiting with Pam she was able to get us into a new 2018 Silverado 1500 LT 4 wheel drive for just a small increase in monthly payment. It?s now been a month since we closed the deal and we are thankful to Pam for her help in not only getting us a vehicle we liked, but also was able to get the accessories we wanted added to the lease contract.

Quick and Easy Purchase

Chevrolet 2015 Sonic Emergency Repair

We were driving from Racine, Wisconsin to Orlando, Florida with our 2015 Chevrolet Sonic on Friday January 5, 2018. After passing Lafayette, Indiana on Highway 65, the engine overheat light went on while the temperature was -11 degrees F outside. Luckily, we were able to get to the Lebanon rest stop at mile marker 150. I called 5 different local Chevrolet dealers; four of them said they could not work on our Sonic until the next week. DeFouw Chevrolet wasn't the closest, but was the only dealership that said they would try to work our car into their repair schedule. We had AAA tow the Sonic to Sonic to DeFouw about 10:00 AM. Brandon Harlan met us and took all of our information and said they would try to work us in. DeFouw also provided a ride to a local motel and even helped with some of our luggage that we needed for the evening. I called at 3:30 PM to check on the status of the car and Brandon said that the car was done except for the paperwork. He sent their driver to the motel to pick me up and by 4:00 PM I was back at the motel with a repaired car that was repaired under warranty. All of the people at DeFouw were so gracious and wonderful and I can't thank them enough

OUTSTANDING CUSTOME SERVICE FOR THE 30 YEARS !

I HIGHLY recommend "Chris Harrington" from Defouw BMW. He went above and beyond to help me find what I wanted, because I had been looking high and low, everywhere. He looked for 2 months:( 2 days after Christmas, Chris texted and called and said come on in, I found you the vehicle that "You Want!" Chris is very professional and friendly! I bought my first vehicle from him 30 years ago and several others through out the years and Chris has always given "EXCEPTIONAL" Customer Service, He also worked with my daughter recently as well; After she wrecked her car(totaled) and was able to get her into car as well. So no matter the problem or situation, Chris always goes that EXTRA MILE, to help you, work with you and make sure you, "THE CUSTOMER" is Happy. You would be lucky enough to have Chris assist with your purchase.

Decent Experience

Guys worked hard to get things done quickly, stayed late to finish. Questionable behavior by sales manager - sadly this is too common with car buying. Watch the numbers and double check everything.

Excellent and helpful service.

We drove 1.5 hours to work with Rick Mann again. This automobile was the second purchase we have made through him and once again he was helpful, friendly and assisted in every way to accommodate our needs and answer our questions. He assisted us when we had mechanical problems with our car and provided a loaner while we completed some personal business. We were treated quite fairly and thought the purchase was an excellent choice. We appreciated his counsel and advice. Comfortable and engaging person to work with.
