My husband and I purchased our Volt from Chad Troxell - we came in looking at newer Volts but instead we got a wonderful deal on a used Volt that met our needs perfectly! Chad made the process so easy! He was readily available to answer any and all questions but wasn't at all 'pressurey'. This has earned him our loyalty. When we're ready to buy a Bolt (because, we REALLY want to buy a Bolt!) he's who we're calling. The experience was so pleasant and easy, that it made me a bit upset because this is what buying a vehicle should always be like. Comfortable and friendly! We'd never had that experience at any other new car dealers in town. Please do call him when you need a vehicle. We got a lovely deal (a new would have been an even better deal! We just wanted to go with the Certified Pre-Owned Volt that they had available at the time we went in) and were treated very well

Chad was very patient and attentive to our needs of what we were looking for. I would absolutely get another vehicle from chad. He went beyond just selling. He helped us get a level kit and running boards for the truck. I appreciate him if he didn?t know something he found the answer for us.

When searching for a "new to me" vehicle I went to DeFouw because of their reputation and history in Lafayette. During the entire purchasing process the service was realistic and honest. As it was literally my first time buying a vehicle by myself I was a little anxious about being taken advantage of; being a female. Not once did I ever feel mislead or lied to. My old car had the transmission go out and I was in search of a new or used car. I test drove cars at several other dealerships and Pam was the reason I got a car from this dealership. She was very courteous and kind during the entire process. Because she was so hospitable I am recommending this dealership for their staff and integrity. They have always been kind to me when I come in for routine maintenance.

Shopping for a new car. I asked for 3 different finance options which I was happily provided. I was able to make the best fit for me. Everyone was great and treated like they appreciated my business. Definitely will be visiting again when I am ready for my next new car.
