I found the car online and worked with Ron to arrange a time to meet on a Saturday morning. He was responsive and courteous. One small delay in the purchase was the fact that it was a Saturday and the financing department was short-handed for the number of purchasers that day. Once we got in with Brett, that process took less than 5 min. Filled the car up gas for the inconvenience. Ron was also helpful after the sale with questions I had.

Used car building could use an upgrade, especially stopping the sun from beating down on customers as they speak with the salesperson. Lobby is drab and not very attractive, especially compared to the new car building. BUT - the important part is the car, the salesperson, the transaction details, etc. - all of which were superb.
