Turned Away For Service On My Silverado

Had a 1pm 4/19/19 appointment set for a alignment on my 2014 Silverado today. As soon as Chad found out it had a leveling kit on it, he put me on hold, came back and turned me away and said they wouldn't do it due to the lift.... The truck is no bigger than any truck they sell on the lot!!! LOL I was at a loss for words!! I'll be in the market for a new Silverado soon..... Guess where I will not be buying from.....I'd be afraid of dealing with their service department in the future!

Amazing service

From starting my process with Matt, to buying through Ron and financing with Don, our experience was top notch. Ron was super helpful in showing me my options and helping me choose the right vehicle to meet all of my needs. Financing with Don was smooth and he explained everything in great detail. Our expectations were met ad exceeded.

Chevy Traverse

We love our new Traverse. We needed a bigger vehicle with a third child on the way. Pam Strain went above and beyond and was very flexible with our crazy schedules. New BMW X2

Ben Mullikin did a superb job working with me as I purchased a new BMW. He was courteous and responsive as I considered which car might be right. Once I selected a particular vehicle he then led me through the purchase process with ease and efficiency. Jeff Robertson made the financial process go smoothly and Nolan Risse did a great job of introducing me to all the features of my new X2. I fully expect to shop at De Fouw again and will recommend you to others.

Very professional crew

Andy was very good to deal with. I never felt pressured to do anything. We went over several options during the buying process. Everyone worked really hard to get me to the payment I wanted.
