Best experience overall buying a vehicle w/anyone

I worked with Nolan (amazing) to learn about BMW's and Pam (amazing) in sales to buy it, but the entire staff and owners are incredible, hands down! The deal, friendliness and attention they gave me, there is just no comparison. Thank you so much for my new BMW!

Great first BMW car buy experience

Very knowledgeable sales staff. Attentive to our wants and needs that we were looking for in X3 M40i. Explained and demonstrated features and functions very well. Test drive was really exciting when trying the safety features and acceleration. Stayed in touch through email and phone during the whole process. Everyone was polite and respectful at the BMW dealership. This place is sparkling clean and very well organized. I will definitely recommend DeFouw BMW of Lafayette!

used 4X4

I was looking for a newer 4 wheel drive extended cab pick up. I contacted Noel Evans as I have done business in the past and told him what I was looking for and with in a week he had found a truck and he gave me a deal I could not pass up. Excellent price and DeFouw found me a good rate on loan. I will buy another vehicle from Noel when I need one. My wife and I have purchased an Equinox and a silverado from him and am happy with both purchases.

Do yourself a favor, come here first! A business

BUY FROM HERE: I don't write many reviews, but feel as though I need to do so for this facility, and for people reading this who I don’t know but would love to help. I honestly feel as though this facility is a hidden gem. I digress. I bought a used car from the facility. I’ll briefly document the process I went through. Ronald was my salesman and was who I first spoke to via email. He replied quick, despite not knowing my interest level in the vehicle. He wasn’t pushy or interrogative, which is really nice considering my experiences at other dealerships were mentally draining. When I came to the facility they already had the vehicle up front, warmed up (it was a little cold) and ready to test drive. Ron drove over an hour with me to have my trusted mechanic do a pre-purchase-inspection. He didn’t hem and haw, he understood that buying a car is a big purchase and he treated me with respect. Dan was the business manager. While in his office handling the finance side of things, I felt comfortable. He was very informative and DESPITE being really busy (it was near closing time and they were still selling cars!) he provided me with patient, genuine, and honest answers and suggestions. I’ve read and heard about horror stories when entering finance offices other places. That was NOT my experience here, not even in the slightest. Everything I discussed with Ron didn’t change when I got to Dan’s office. Everything Dan explained (paperwork that required a signature), matched what was in writing. I know, I read them. I’ll end this review by just saying both gentlemen were excellent, very friendly, informative, and non-pushy. There is honestly nothing negative I can say. I spent countless hours searching CarGurus, cars.com, Craigslist, autotrader, etc. I spent countless hours wasting time by being lied to by other facilities about their vehicles and condition. Oh, and DeFouw’s prices were the best I’ve came across for the specific type of car I wanted. If you’re reading this, spend your time with these guys. I’m not up at 5:45am on a workday writing this review for my health. Thank again Ron and Dan. It was a pleasure doing business with you gentlemen.

Really good customer service with great prices

BUY FROM HERE: I don't write many reviews, but feel as though I need to do so for this facility. I bought a used car and was treated as a customer. Ronald was my salesman and Dan was the business manager. They were both excellent, very friendly, informative, and non-pushy. There is honestly nothing negative I can say. They didn't go back on their word when prices were discussed and it was time to sign documents. Ronald answered his personal phone to answer questions I had before purchasing on his day off. Also, when I bought the car I had to come back the next day. There are some dealerships where once you make a purchase from them they will do a 180, ignore promises, not answer calls, etc. (you can read all about them) but this WAS NOT the case.. do yourself a favor and do business with an honest dealer who actually does what they say, and has aggressive prices with customers driving multiple states over just to get them..don't waste time! A+++++

Easy Purchase

Everyone in the dealership treats you fairly and honestly (service, sales, and finance). There is never any pressure to close the deal and they are trying to build a relationship with you that will last beyond one car purchase. Worth the hour ride north from Indy and be sure to ask for Ben Mullikin (sales).
